Waterfront, 5 Bedrooms, Kayaks and AC
WindSong is a new listing with additional details and photos coming as soon as the re-decorating and re-furnishing is completed. It will be beautifully decorated with similar amenities to our other vacation rentals. If you have any questions about the interior or space, please do not hesitate to ask.
There are 5 bedrooms in total, three up and two down. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths - a King bedroom with a full ensuite, a queen bedroom and a bunk bedroom with a single over single bed & a third single trundle bed. The second full bathroom is located just off the main entry.
The open concept kitchen/dining/living area has AC and overlooks the water through huge windows and patio doors, with a large deck across the entire front. There is seating for 11 between the dining table and 3 island stools. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, a fireplace and gorgeous views. The full laundry room is off the main entry.
The lower level is a full walk-out with large windows and patio doors. It has a king and queen bedroom, full bathroom and a large air conditioned family area - complete with comfy furniture, a large TV, kitchenette (full size fridge, sink and microwave), a ping-pong table, a games table and desk area.
WindSong offers both sunny and covered furnished decks, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, wifi, satellite, smart TVâs, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a propane BBQ and a bonfire pit. Guests have easy and quick access to the common dock next door.
