Centrally located to the Weirs, all Lake Winnipesaukee activities and NHâs White Mountains! Walking distance to the Weirs Boardwalk, the beach, restaurants and more. Minutes drive to Funspot, Meredith, Bank of NH Concert Pavilion, The Margate Resort, Ellacoya State Park and Gunstock Mountain.
2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium.
-Primary bedroom has lake and mountain views with a queen bed and plenty of storage.
-The second bedroom has an ensuite, renovated full bathroom and includes a twin bed and a queen bed.
-Full size pull-out couch in the living room and another renovated full bathroom down the hall.
Fully appointed kitchen including Keurig, toaster and microwave. On-site outdoor saltwater pool, swing set, basketball court, tennis court, trash, parking & laundry. A/C, Wi-Fi included. 65 inch smart TV in the living room.
Dine and relax outside on the patio with a private gas grill and landscaped lawn while enjoying the scenic lake and mountain views!
