This is the place to stay!!

My family and I (6 people) spent 6 nights here and were VERY satisfied with our choice. The awesome communication with booking started a great stay. Well kept property and good neighborhood. Hope to stay here again when we return to CA.

What an outstanding stay we had at this beautiful home! We stayed five days and every moment was relaxing and comfortable. From our communication with our host to the condition and appointment of the home; everything was just what we had hoped for. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. We would stay here every time we visit LA; no reason to look elsewhere. The home was beautiful inside, the pool and the surrounding area was so inviting and nice to hang out; and the game room looked fun as well! Even though we didn’t spend much time in there. 5 star rating for sure!!!
Backyard; relaxing oasis!

Cute LA Home

This home was cute and mid-century modern decor. There was the perfect amount of room for our family. Was close to shopping, So-Fi, and Intuit. Would come back for a football game. The pool was not cleaned when we arrived. However, the Ella team continued the communicate until we received a resolution.

The address on the app was different from the actual address once we get to the actual address it was wrong. Someone stayed at that house. Then we get to the right house. It did have a smell. They won’t do any type of accommodations for you. I complained from the time I got there until I left for about things and nothing got corrected. That was Hair in the bathroom stand-up shower drain a nice amount. The beds were clean. The kitchen was nice.

Great location for what we needed. We’re pretty low maintenance. It’s just one of those places that doing a few little things to the property would put it “over the top.” Water pressure was great. Everything worked. Good size bedrooms. I would recommend to the owners to trim away plants from walkways, pick up the little bits of trash in the backyard, and throw away the unusable pool floats, etc. Nothing that ruined our stay, just a little more exterior housekeeping.

Let's start with the good. The property is well appointed with an awesome pool and modern appliances. That's where the Praises end. We could not get into the property until they did it remotely and had to cancel our plans due to security issues with the code. It started out with only four towels to accommodate six people for 3 days. The responses to our communication seemed to be controlled by Bots I'm not sure. Then there were the mice. This is the worst rental I have ever done in my entire life do not go there.
