Mashpee 4 bedroom, 2 bath, cape in pristine condition. Newly renovated in the heart of everything. New kitchen, bathrooms, siding, roof, driveway, patio, and solar panels. New paint top to bottom. Gas grill, wood, and gas fire pit, beautifully landscaped, washer dryer, finished cellar with gym and workspace, shed, nice yard, private, beautiful patio with hammock stand for relaxing and entertaining, 7 YouTube TV equipped TV’s. Easy care tile and wood flooring. Nonsmoking and pets are welcome. Dinner on the patio and drinks and conversation around the firepits is our favorite thing to do.

There is so much to see and do on the Cape and beyond. Explore Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket, Provincetown, Falmouth/Woods Hole, Sandwich and Hyannis and their museums, Chatham and Orleans, Plymouth Center and Plymouth Plntation, Cape Cod Canal walk, rail trail biking, and ocean front dining.

Minutes to Mashpee Commons for world class shopping and restaurants, minutes to Popponesset Bay boat launch, next to Mashpee River hiking trails just across the street great for workouts and dog walking, a 5 minute drive to quaint Cotuit village and its beaches, just 15 minutes to South Cape Beach. The home is nestled between Sandwich Falmouth and Hyannis all just 20 mins away. Golf, tennis, pickle ball, fishing, and biking nearby. Play corn hole or ring toss in the private backyard. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your Cape Cod vacation by someone who has experience both hosting and renting.

Well kept and nicely appointed home with a great cozy feel. perfect location for out stay. Owner is helpful and easy to reach. We veery much enjoyed our stay and would certainly return to this VRBO

Private and convient

Perfect getaway for the two of us. Beautiful outdoor space, Mashpee River Woodland park across the street with walking paths for miles along the Mashpee river. Very convenient and close to Mashpee, easy to get to the southern cape, Falmouth, Woods Hole. Well stocked kitchen and great TV watching after a busy day at South Cape Beach or other local activities. Would definitely go back again. And Joe is a great host and was extremely responsive to our questions and needs.

Fabulous Cape Cod house

Joe's property is quiet, comfortable, sparkling clean and very well maintained. There were lots of clean fluffy towels, and all the bedding was fresh. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with a few essentials. The backyard is great for playing outdoor games. We used the huge gas grill for several meals. The nearby South Cape Beach is perfect if you like gentle warm waves, good sand, ample parking, and not large crowds. Joe was easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend to anyone with family.
