INGÅNGSNIVÅ: 2 sovrum, ett med 2 enkelsängar och det andra med en king size-säng och ett fullt badrum mellan sovrummen. LÅGRE NIVÅ: ett trevligt vardagsrum med extra sovande (en dubbelsäng) och tvättstuga. MIDNIVÅ: ett stort fullt utrustat kök, en separat matsal och ett rymligt vardagsrum med reglage som leder till däck. Lovely large house with water view

Great for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have always loved this house and hope to return.The layout suits our family of a couple with a child and a grandparent. Any problems that crop up are quickly addressed. I will note that the trees at the edge of the road are gradually obscuring the view of the pond and that some thinning would be helpful.

Beautiful views & well-equipped (if a bit musty in bedrooms)

We felt at home right away in this house because the living room furniture was cozy and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Having beach chairs available to borrow was fantastic. The pictures do not do the exterior views justice, as you have a gorgeous view of the marsh and are a quick walk to Pleasant Point. The carpeted bedrooms smelled a bit musty on hot days when we closed the windows and used the AC. Some corners of the house are a bit crowded with personal items and/or a bit dusty - a little love could go a long way!

Nice place, great time.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was large and very comfortable and well stocked. I think the listings makes it seem a little closer to the marsh than it actually is. We have no other complaints but I think some fussier people might find the place could use a deep clean (blinds need dusting and carpet cleaned) and the deck and yard are defiantly in need of some maintaince. However these things did not take away from our stay. Loved it.

Great, well equipped for family vacation

House had everything you could possibly need, except linens which were easy to rent We really appreciated that every light switch and cabinet were labeled. Great views, very quiet but quick ride to bay and ocean beaches as well as bike path and bakeryCharger for non tesla electric car was essential for us and easy to use
