My husband James and I are both Musicians.
I have recorded a couple of albums and toured for several years across the US, Europe and even a few times in Australia. My music is listed on spotify, iTunes, youtube, etc under my name, Van Preston. My first album (country) was recorded in Nashville in 2005, where I lived for 10 years; and my 2nd album (country/ americana) was recorded in London in 2010. I hope to do a new album (americana/ country/ blues) in the near future. I play guitar and trumpet, write music and sing. My day job is real estate investor since the 1990s.
James fronted a Rock & Roll Cover band as the lead singer for 15 years in Middle Tennessee. He is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and music producer. His day job is a Financial Adviser since the 1990s.
We moved to Clarksdale in February 2024, to immerse ourselves in the Birthplace of the Blues! We look forward to meeting other lovers of the Blues.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We saw this home one year before we ended up buying it. Van could not get the house out of her mind. It is stately, spacious, and has immense curb appeal. PLUS.. it's within near proximity to Downtown Clarksdale for visitors who wish to walk, bike or run downtown.

It is very elegant, roomy, and near Downtown. We have tried to make it very comfortable and welcoming for our guests.
