Great location, great condo, great price

The pictures don’t do this space justice. It’s a spacious, quiet, great spot overlooking the beach with easy access to St. Lawrence Gap, Bridgetown, Oistins, and more! The property manager was responsive, flexible, and answered all our questions very helpfully.

An incredible stay!

The condo is spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with every pan and utensil you could possibly need. The complex is just steps away from a quiet, uncrowded beach, and the ocean views from the deck are breathtaking. We loved having our meals out there, enjoying the serene atmosphere. We also took advantage of the provided driver, Wayne, for several outings, including a fantastic day trip around the island (which we highly recommend). Wayne was always punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable.

A fabulous rental on one of the best beaches in Barbados.

The beach was wide and sandy and best of all it was virtually empty the whole time. The pool was nice and again it was hardly used at all by the other guests so we had that and the hot tub to ourselves the whole two weeks. The unit was very nice with three good-sized rooms in a boutique condominium development. Overall it was an excellent combination of beach, condo and value.

Barbados beach stay

We had a wonderful beachfront vacation at this property! With 3 bedrooms and baths, there was plenty of space for our family. The ocean view from the living room was gorgeous. The beach was nice and we also enjoyed the pool. The location was off the beaten path and felt private, but was also a short drive to restaurants and activities. We will visit again!

The host provided a spectacular experience for myself and my family. We could not have asked for a better host and accommodation for my family’s first time in the Caribbean. The apartment had a beautiful gym to use, the apartment was well stocked, super clean, relaxing, quiet, and the view was fantastic!!! Our family truly enjoyed our experience, and would not hesitant to book this place again for our next stay in Barbados.

Beautiful villa, beach!

We loved unit #302 at Ocean 1. The unit is exactly like the photos, maybe even better in person. Beach is quiet and lovely and close enough to walk to nearby restaurants and surf lessons for the kids. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our time living in Maxwell Residence. This condo is very well-maintained in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The Maxwell Residence personnel - from hosts, to housekeeping, to transportation, and building staff - are exceptional in what they do to ensure guests are comfortable and pleased. Looking forward to returning; would certainly stay here again; and strongly recommend to others. Thank you for taking wonderful care of us, and for being so professional and kind. Barbados is a lovely country, with lovely people.

Fantastic location, fantastic holiday!

My family (3 adults, 1 child) stayed at Maxwell Beach Residence during March Break and had a fabulous time! We have been to Barbados many times before and this was our favourite location so far. The condo is spacious, modern, clean, well appointed and really comfortable. The property itself is also great - the pool, beach area and gym are well kept, clean, uncrowded and overall the location is just really pretty - every condo has great views! Lastly, all of the other tenants and guests were very friendly and quiet (no issues with noise at night) and the maintenance staff and property managers were highly attentive and responsive. We definitely plan to return!

Nice apartment great views

Overall a great stay- The balcony and the view were really special However you do need a car as there is little to walk to. The apartment is well fitted out overall and the pool towels were and bonus as was the welcome pack The bedrooms surprised me, 2 have frosted windows onto a corridor and the 3rd has no window or natural light The a/c was noisy, the dishwasher did not clean anything and the toaster only toasted one side of the bread!!

Wonderful property! Only issue is the reservation of sun loungers. Building Management needs to curb this nasty practice. Building strata needs to replace the old uncomfortable sun loungers which would then remove the motivation to participate in this selfish practice.The condo itself and property manager were outstanding. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

This condo is fantastic. You can’t beat these accommodations. It is stocked with everything you need and the view up from your balcony is picture perfect! It was such a treat that whether we were in the kitchen or eating on the balcony we had amazing views of the ocean and palm trees.. Having the convenience of a pool and hot tub, along with a beautiful, pristine beach right out your back door was priceless. Easy walking distance to the Saint Lawrence gap where there are lots of different restaurants. Cocktail Kitchen is a must!! Wayne was our driver and he was always available to take us any place we needed to go. I cannot recommend this condo enough…and if we ever are blessed to go back to Barbados, we will stay in this condo again!

Great ocean front property

Great 3-bedroom spacious property with all the amenities needed. There was even a spice drawer and a starter pkg of groceries in the fridge. There was soap, and hair products as well. Much appreciated. The AC was wonky but Akilah was awesome at getting a guy in to reprogram it asap. Cleaner came once and did a great job. Best part was the ocean front view and the beautiful sandy beach. The sargassum came and went but it was minimal at this location which was great. Only suggestion would be beach umbrellas (2) to use with the provided loungers when you want to go to the beach in front of the unit. Otherwise awesome. Thanks.

Most amazing stay on Maxwell Coast

Six of us stayed at this gorgeous condo for 3 days, and wished we had booked it for longer! The condo itself is beautiful - modern, spacious, bright, and immaculate. Plus, there is a lovely pool and the beach is only a few metres away. The location is also wonderful - within walking distance of St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins. The pictures and description are very accurate. There are no surprises - it is exactly as portrayed, and it is beautiful. Not only is the condo beautiful, it is very well equipped and maintained. Our stay even included a free starter pack of groceries, which was appreciated so much. Clearly this owner takes very good care of her property. There is also a gym, and a roof top barbecue which we used one evening for dinner. Most of all, we appreciated the terrific communication and service from Kathi. She always answered any emails promptly, and was so gracious and welcoming to us. She even stopped by on our last day to meet us. We think this may be the best vacation rental we have ever stayed. Can't wait to stay here again.

This VRBO in Barbados was truly a hidden gem right on the beach. The property was spacious with three cozy rooms and offered a stunning view of the ocean, with an equally beautiful perspective from the balcony where I enjoyed relaxing early mornings and sunsets. The host, Michal was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to my questions and concerns and even provided helpful details about transportation that made getting around the island so much easier.The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. I felt completely at ease knowing the property was secured with gated access and on-site security. Altogether, it was the perfect blend of comfort, safety, and natural beauty from the beacg. This is an ideal beachside retreat for anyone looking for a cozy place.Looking forward to booking again next year
