Beläget i Summer utveckling längs västkusten i Barbados, är "Emerald Pearl" den enda 3 sovrum som har en egen stor privat pool i denna charmiga utveckling. Denna lyxiga lägenhet har möbler av hög kvalitet i hela, marmorgolv, ett fullt utrustat kök som inkluderar rostfria vitvaror, amerikansk kyl / frys och bänkskivor i granit. Det finns satellit-TV, dockningsstation för iPod / CD-spelare och Wi-Fi ADSL. Vardagsrummet öppnar upp på en 38 fot bred täckt terrass för uteliv och matsal och bar. Det finns också en stor öppen terrass med grill som leder till poolen. Det stora sovrummet har King size himmelssäng och öppnar på altan. Det finns ett helkaklat marmor badrum med stora promenad i dusch och marmor fåfänga toppar. Sovrum 2 har två enkelsängar som kan göras som en kung säng och rummet öppnar också upp på den täckta terrassen vid poolen. En ytterligare badrum serverar Sovrum 2 & 3. Bed 3 har en king size säng.

Lägenhet Management & fastighetsskötare: Vår hantering av agenter är mycket tillförlitliga och väl etablerade på ön. Villan manager är alltid nåbar om det finns några frågor eller problem. Vår vänliga och hjälpsamma hushållerska är också på plats sex förmiddagar per vecka och kan alltid hjälpa till med dagliga frågor. Hon kommer att göra sängar och ändra handdukar varje dag, byta sängkläder vid behov. Personlig tvätt är efter överenskommelse med henne och beror på vilken tid finns.

March Break 2024

Louise's property is exactly as advertised. Well furnished and well equipped. The property gives you the best of both worlds, you have your own back yard with a mini pool, access to the complex pool and within a very short walk access to a nice beach and ocean. Denise the house keeper is delightful. Good location however having a car opens up the entire island. Would highly recommend. We look forward to returning someday.

Villa holiday

Lovely spacious villa which was tastefully decorated. We were well looked after by Denise. Located just across the road from beach but found the road was very noisy. Had a few communication problems with the agent but found the property owner very helpful.

Absolute Paradise

Perfect spot for our girls trip. Excellent communication with the property - SO accommodating even getting us groceries prior to our arrival. Absolutely LOVED Denise the housekeeper we just had the very best time. A few restos close enough to walk to and the buses make it very easy to get around and check out different beaches. 10/10 would recommend.

A wonderful family vacation home. Clean, modern beautiful back patio the private pool. Is a plus. This is a gem, I’ll be back. Denise was very welcoming, such a wonderful person. The only downside is you must cross a busy street to get to the beach, be careful when crossing, both directions are on a curve.

A Lovely Stay!

We loved the Emerald Pearl! The private pool was lovely, although we spent most of our time at the beach. You do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach path, but is it about a 1 minute walk. There is a market within walking distance. We originally decided not to rent a car, but decided after 2 days it would much more convent. Our villa was extremely clean and Denise kept it that way the entire time. Denise is delightful and kind. We would gladly stay here again!

Barbados Beauty at the Emerald Pearl

Our stay at the beautiful and comfortable Emerald Pearl was our family's first visit to Barbados. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and plan to return. I can say without pause our expectations for the trip were exceeded. The atmosphere is lovely and very relaxing. The apartment is immaculate, spacious, comfortable and very well stocked; we had access to everything we needed plus more. We enjoyed both the private and community pools; the beach in is natural state is just stunning. We could not get enough of the gorgeous, clear, blue waters. We enjoyed a catamaran and snorkeling trip which I highly recommend; we were able to see many beautiful, colorful fish and sea turtle in the stunning blue waters. Louise is an absolutely great host and extremely responsive. Denise the housekeeper and Stanley whom provided transport were most helpful and kind. We absolutely loved our vacation and wish we could have stayed longer. I would recommend the Emerald Pearl; it's a 10 out of 10. Amazing !

First, not last, time visit to Barbados...

We had a wonderful visit to the island and were shown around by a dear Barbadian friend. The villa was perfectly appointed with two bedroom wings separated by living space and all spaces accessible to lovely covered patio and beautiful pool. Denise, the housekeeper was so nice, friendly and helpful. The only potential drawback could be that the villa was not located within walking distance to all the many shops and restaurants. This was not an issue for us for staying in the perfect villa made up for that.

Amazing stay at Emerald Pearl

Our family just returned from two weeks in Barbados and we couldn’t be happier. Emerald Pearl is a beautiful, well-equipped apartment in one of the best areas of Barbados. We frequently used the transit system to go up and down the west coast, but loved having Jordan’s close by, and walked to the fish market on several occasions. Our children spent hours in the private pool which is large and beautiful. Louise was very helpful and communicative leading up to our trip. As others have mentioned here, Denise is a truly wonderful person who made a great stay even better. We’ll happily recommend this property to our friends and hope to be back soon!

About 25 min from airport, across the street From the ocean. Solidly built so really didn’t hear the above neighbours. Fully cleaned daily by charming house staff. Found restaurants quite expensive locally (very easy to spend 100 bd per person) however there was a local market within a five min walk and a Costco not a far drive. Being a Canadian driving was a bit challenging as there’s double laned roundabouts everywhere and traffic is going in the other direction along with narrow roads. Scuba was very good. Golfing was excellent (but expensive!). Overall sad to leave and hopefully will be back!

incredible stay

The unit is exactly as the description and pictures show. In fact, pictures do not do it justice. Property is very clean and very well maintained, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket for everything you may need. I like the fact that it is a gated community and your own private pool. Denise, housekeeper is awesome. Very punctual (you can check the clock by her) and knowledgeable about the area and keeps everything in order. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect. She made our stay unforgettable. Definitely will come back

Amazing

Staff was wonderful!! Stanley our driver is an untapped wealth of information regarding Barbados. The property was beautiful. Even had a unexpected visit from a group of monkeys. Taxis are highly recommended and priced reasonably. Walking on the road is a bit hair raising. But you can walk on the beach to the store which is lovely. Restaurants around the villa were also fabulous. Thank you. Everybody in our group raved about our stay. Two thumbs up!!

Relaxing week

First off I wanted to say the reviews about Danise are correct, she's an absolute amazing person she treated and looked after us very well. The villa was very clean and fresh each day she very diligent especially important due to Covid times. We found the villa true to its word and described accurately with the listing. Amazing AC, comfortable large beds modern kitchen, small but effectively laid out with all the cooking items you need. Also a Washer and dryer to do your own laundry. We also enjoyed the pool area, seating area was comfortable with fans to keep you cool. There's also a pleasant view of the sea, it does back onto a main road but the noise cannot be herd from inside. Also the private walkway to beach is conveniently close. We loved the pool, it's a good large size for swimming and stayed warm throughout the day. We would like to see a indoor table (small 4 seater) as the breakfast bar isn't young child friendly. Other than that we would love to stay again and would recommend the villa.

Absolutely Superb!

Beautiful, spacious and luxuriously furnished apartment. The pool area is lovely, the photos although good, still don't do it justice. The bedrooms have comfy beds and good air conditioning. The kitchen is remarkably well equipped with dishwasher and American style fridge (with ice maker) to mention a few items. During our stay we made good use of the BBQ on the patio area. Fish was the main offering, sourced from the Paynes Bay roadside fishmonger (Melissa). The jewel in the crown is the very lovely Denise, housekeeper for our stay. Typical amazing Bajan welcome and warmth. Denise would visit 6 days per week, clean, tidy, chat - just a lovely person. An individual side gate gives access to the main pedestrian gate and a 2 minute walk puts you directly on the lovely beach. Turning right and walking 10-15 mins brings you to yet another fine swimming bay outside the Bikini Beach bar - the best rum punch, especially at happy hour (5-6pm)!! Finally, thanks to Louise, the owner. Brilliant communicator throughout. We will be back!

Immaculate spacious apartment with private pool and sea view

A truly lovely, comfortable apartment inside and outside with everything we could wish for. We were greeted by the delightful and engaging housekeeper, Denise, who was kind and thoughtful throughout our stay and keeps an immaculate home. The property is in a Convenient location for the beach and buses and close to a large supermarket. Although there is a lovely large communal pool, we didn't need to use it as our smaller pool was perfect for us and bigger than most small pools. It was well maintained by the friendly pool man and the charming gardener was very happy to share his knowledge of all the beautiful plants and trees that were cleverly planned so that we could have a sea view and privacy. Although we spent a lot of time outside on the patio, the inside area was beautifully furnished with a large modern tv with many channels as well as a cd music system with a selection of cds. The beds were comfortable and fitted with plenty of wardrobe space and the two bathrooms had large walk in showers. The spacious patio also had a selection of comfortable seating as well as a barbecue and the bonus of a fridge and sink. My friends and I would recommend this property to anyone and hope to return in the not too distant future.

Wonderful time at Emerald Pearl!

Emerald Pearl was the perfect spot for our family of 5 - including two teens and Grandma. The villa was the perfect size, and incredibly well appointed. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and all the kitchen equipment you could ever need. Denise was exceptional, and Louise was excellent with communication. Especially appreciated, was Louise's flexibility in accommodating an additional night when our flight was canceled due to weather at home. Stanley was equally as flexible in both the pick-up and drop off at the airport, even driving us on Christmas so we could make our new flight! The neighborhood kept us busy - great shopping in Holetown, and boating excursions from the beach there (Good Times Too is highly recommended). Cala Roca was exceptional, and Il Tempio and La Cabane were delicious! All within walking distance. The road can be a bit tricky to navigate by foot, as the sidewalks are narrow and the road busy, but with a little knowledge on how best to navigate, it's easy to learn - just something to be aware of if traveling with small children (our teens were fine). Buses are aplenty, and a fun experience all on their own. The residents of Barbados were so very friendly, and helpful as we learned our way. The beaches are beautiful, and we floated in the ocean most days. An absolutely wonderful vacation, and we are so thankful to have stayed at Emerald Pearl. Thank you Louise, Denise, and Stanley!

Amazing Place

What can I say about this property... other than just amazing!! From the very beginning when I had questions about the location, distance from airport etc Louise emailed me back within minutes!!! She had some great recommendations and I immediately booked after speaking with her. This was a surprise trip to celebrate my husband's 40th. We're a family of four, two boys ages 4&6. We've never been to Barbados before so after reading the reviews and emailing Louise I booked this place. It was the best decision!! As soon as you walk in you realize you've made the right choice. The apartment is stunning, you feel your stress just melts away. Ms Denise, the absolutely amazing Ms Denise is there to greet you and show you around. My boys loved her and Stanley, who is worth every penny. He took us to Mullins beach, restaurants, and the fish fry on Friday. The apartment is a few minutes walk to a grocery store, it's a busy road and I was nervous with the boys but we managed. We were not impressed with the beach across from the house so we just asked Stanley to take us to another. Overall if you're looking for some place quiet, this is the place. You have everything you need in the apartment. My kids enjoyed the pool and had no desire to head to the beach. I love this place and will definitely be back!!!

The house keeper was working with covid!!!

Imagine traveling 12 hours, finally seeing a bed, you lift the sheet and there's a blood stain. Luckily for them I can't post the pictures. Good thing there's 3 rooms. Was woken up a few hours after arrival by the pool man who decided to let himself in. Apparently this is normal because he wasn't the only one to just walk right in. The host stated in the welcome letter that Denise, the housekeeper, would be out with covid and we'd have another lady. Guess Denise didn't get the memo because she decided to just let herself in, she had to unlock 2 doors to get in, with no mask. When I questioned her she told me, "I didn't know if she was sick or just had a baby!" I seen Denise at the beach later that day with her boy friend and he decided he wanted to say a few words to me. Imagine someone having the audacity to blame you for not wanting to be around someone who didn't finish their 10 day quarantine. Also, the lock for the backgate is a rock. The front gate, which has a code on it, was left open the entire time I was there. It's a nice house though

We live in the UK and travelled to Barbados for the first time 20 years ago and fell in love with the island and its people.

Barbados is a beautiful island with diverse landscapes from the stunning west coast to the wild Atlantic east coast and the north where east meets west. It offers something for everyone, watersports, sailing, sightseeing and of course 'just chilling'! The Barbadians are hospitable and friendly and we have made many good friends over the years.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We were fortunate to find Summerland before it was built and we knew the developer who had already constructed a development at Mullins Bay which was very successful. Emerald Pearl is the only apartment at Summerland with its own private pool and we have our own access to the property so it is completely private and during these Covid times it is a very safe house. Being on the ground floor gives the feeling of living in a villa rather than an apartment and of course the terrace, with its wet bar, pool, sun deck and small garden means it is totally self contained.
