A comfortable, modern condo with a spectacular ocean view!

This condo unit was a rare gem of a find, as I chose to rent it for the entire month of December (off-season) and couldn't be happier with the experience. My friend and his wife were staying at a condo nearby and dropped by for a visit. As she walked out onto my balcony she exclaimed, "Oh my! I now have balcony envy after seeing what you have here!" Considering the price and location, it's gotta be one of the nicest one bedroom condo units on PCB!

Amazing place with amazing view!!

It could not have been better! Everything was perfect about our stay and the room! Amazing view and everything works as advertised! You won’t be disappointed! They have many other places at the same location and all look amazing as well! Will definitely be back. Best week ever!

Beyond expectations

We were extremely pleased with this condo and would book it again. Attention was given to every detail. It was clean and we had no complaints. The balcony had a great assortment of seating available and we spent lots of time there enjoying the view. There was a Walmart across the street and a Waffle House almost in the parking lot. Don’t miss this one.

Relaxation!

Condo was just right for 2 people. Beautiful ocean front view- right on the beach. Spacious balcony. Easy walk to beach & pools. Quiet restful space with conveniences of home. Bed a little firm for our liking, but all amenities & supplies in condo adequate for 4 day stay. Security presence- gated lot. Very close to shopping & restaurants. Great location

Excellent location amazing views of ocean!

Excellent condo fantastic views of the ocean walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants this condo is in the perfect place could not ask for a better location. The only negative things were we had to clean and the furniture is very uncomfortable the furniture on the balcony was more comfortable than anything in the house but I would definitely stay there again because of the location!

Decorations were not beach at all

Plenty of room. Very dark inside condo. Italy decorated not a beachy place. Pillows and sheets need a revamp. Sheets would not stay on bed. Trash chute broken the whole week and only 1 elevator working for the whole Memorial Weekend. Pools are very nice, balcony very roomy great view of an ocean. Close to Walmart!

Condo beautiful uniquely decorated, the property guards and cleaning crew so nice, two young men who handles beach chair service so nice and polite, they even transported lady with disability to shore who used a walker. The only negative the property should have ruled that people from other properties can't put up tents in front of beach chairs, really any tent should be required to put up behind beach chairs

First time at PCB

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the gulf. Just breathtaking. So loved waking up each morning and seeing the water just outside the bedroom windows/sliding doors. Towels need a good oxyclean but I’m sure it’s just a result of the front load washer. But nothing that we couldn’t get passed. Hoping that this unit is available next year because we will be back!!!

Enjoyable

There was a distinctive smell of mold and mildew. As well as the smell of old things. The furniture is in very much in need of replacement. But it was very equipped and we did enjoy ourselves. The beach chairs were wonderful but we were moved several times do to the new beach chairs. The attendants were unorganized but it was still great. Thank you so much for your hospitality. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful unit. Would definately book it again!

If you are looking for a quiet, clean and nicely decorated condo, then look no further! Unit #902 in tower 1 is the unit for you. The unit was very clean and has beautiful tile work throughout the condo - including the balcony! It is nicely decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The unit also included beach chair service for week. Booking process with Bill was flawless (thanks Bill). The resort was very clean including the beach and has an amazing lagoon pool between towers 1 & 2. The staff was exceptional and very friendly. Elevator wait time was not an issue at all during our entire stay. Hope this review helps ease your mind if you are considering booking. We are planning on returning in 2019 and this unit will be our first choice if available.

Won't stay again...

Condo was clean. Kitchen seemed to be stocked well. The AC unit is locked and will not go below 70 degrees. The recliner and dining chairs were different than what is pictured in the VRBO listing. One of the remotes was missing a battery so we couldn't use the TV for watching local channels. We could only watch Netflix. The complex is nice but building 1 is located next door to a "party" condo (as referenced by staff) and there were a lot of young people from that building on the beach set up with tents in front of the beach chairs. We had to use chairs in front of building 3 to get away from the party crowd.
