Great condo! Great communication with owner, good parking, great area, great pools except part was closed due to a recent fire. Pull out sofa was bent and could not be slept on. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would choose this resort again.

Unbelievable Beach Stay

Everything about this stay was great! The location was perfect and the room was exactly as described, unbelievable! The host was the easiest to deal with. The response time was minutes. The only negative was the beach chair process. We had two with our rental, but from the first day the rental hut told us they had them all rented. Just go pick two and hopefully no one will use them. This process needs corrected. Other than that everything was great! Will definitely stay here and use this host again!

Very nice condo

Hubby & I enjoyed our stay so much. Not sure where to begin. Great communication before arrival. Even notified of early check-in if we chose to do so. Unit was clean & the decor is amazing. Everything we needed except for a pizza cutter, but I could have overlooked it. The walk-in shower is the soooooooo nice!!! The balcony is huge. Access to the beach was a breeze & no long wait for the elevators. Can't beat the view from the 9th floor. We have stayed in lots of places in the last 30 years & I can honestly say this was definitely high on our list of favorites. Totally stress-free. Attempted to add photos to my review but was unable to do so.

Lovely property

The property was well maintained and secure. The unit's balcony had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. The pools were all nice. Beach area was wonderful. It was a very pleasant experience.

Does not sleep 4 people comfortably

This condo is advertised as sleeping 4 people. My family of 4 certainly was unable to sleep comfortably in this rental. The “sofa bed” is a literal joke. Not only was the frame broken, but the “mattress” was approx 2 inches thick. When we sat on it, the metal poked us in the hip causing pain. Therefore, my entire family of 4 either had to share the King bed or one kid slept on the couch. There are many safety issues I found when it comes to small children. The sliding door can easily injury hands, the tiles in the bathroom were not properly grouted to the floors. The dishwasher had sitting water at the bottom when we arrived. Also, our fire alarms went off almost every morning as I was cooking bacon because of the slightly sketchy stove/oven. Overall, we were not too pleased with our stay. We visit PCB and Long Beach Resort every summer and this was by far, the most unappealing condo we have booked.

Beautiful Sugar Sand Beach & View!

Gorgeous View! Sit on the balcony and listen to the waves! We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very eclectic with interesting decor (not all as pictured) but it was very clean and we were very comfortable. Be sure to visit Uncle Ernie’s for a great dinner and walk over to Pineapple Willies for great ribs!

Christmas vacation

Our stay was excellent! The property is just as it's listed on the website. It was beautifully done and had all the right touches to make it a home away from home. The staff we encountered were extremely friendly as were the others staying at the property. I would recommend giving this place a try, you won't be disappointed!!!

BEAUTIFUL!

This condo was beautiful! very centrally located to shops, food, and fun! the manager is quick to respond and help you in any way needed. the pools are amazing. everything was just fantastic and my daughter and niece had an absolute blast swimming and hot tubbing - we even bought them little snorkels lol. the view is gorgeous as well. all around an amazing property and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

The property was just as listed and shown. It is truly unique and wonderful! It had everything we needed and such a beautiful view. The home was super clean and the property manager was so easy to communicate with. This is a great location. We never had to wait for an elevator and the pools were wonderful. We would definitely love to come back!

A great experience

The property was exactly like we expected. Surprisingly quiet. We got to see dolphins swim the shore from the balcony as well as the amazing view of the sunset. Didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!

Great vacation

We loved our stay. Our only suggestion would be to have a visitor guide in the unit. We spent 2 days trying to figure out the lay of the land. Other than that it was a five star experience. Our favorite thing was the amazing balcony! Goodness!! Thank you!

Great beach and patio

We got everything we had hoped for during our weeklong stay in this unit.We had the option of sitting on a spacious balcony with multiple seating options while looking over the ocean. Two large sliding doors made access easy and allowed us to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Sunsets were spectacular from our balcony.The beach was Punta Cana quality. Fine white sand. Long walks. Plenty of seating. Security always close by. Bring sunscreen because we enjoyed blue skies. The resort has three pools but we couldn't leave the beach.Lots of shops, stores, and restaurants close by. Several within walking distance.The decor was eclectic which was funny but fit the beach vibe.I wish the bbq was more accessible. Grilling some steaks would have made the nights better for those that like to avoid the clubs and restaurants.Bring your own pillows. The bed was huge and the sheets were clean. The pillows smelt like the previous guests.Eclectic decor added to the charm

45th Anniversary Trip

Nice, well maintained property. Eclectic decor in the condo, which we enjoyed. Plenty of towels for us. We utilized the beach chair and umbrella service nearly every day. The guys were accommodating of requests for changes. We learned that this was bike week in Panama City beach. It was incredible to see and hear the many bikers rumble through town. We enjoyed a rib dinner one night at Pineapple Willy’s just a few minutes east on a pier at the beach. Food was good, service quick / attentive and atmosphere fun.

Great place

We loved the condo! Loved the balcony.. and the chaise lounge on the balcony. The bathtub was huge! Pools were nice and hot tubs. Main pool wasn’t heated. brrr… took awhile to get the beach chairs in the morning that came with the condo, usually couldn’t get in them until 10:30, and then you were on top of each other. Would be a great amenity I am sure , if it wasn’t so busy, but if you are an early beach goer like me take your own chair as well. The condo itself though is very nice as is the gated community. The cons, it was pretty noisy of night and some riff raft. Police were always visible though. Could smell pot ALOT of the time. Again, nothing to do with the condo itself. If you want to be in the spring break mix this is in it. If you want something more quiet you might want work stay farther west on the beach. Again, this is preference! The condo was very nice!

Long Beach Resort is a very Beautiful resort with more beach front than almost any other resort! Fantastic Location, Best Floor Plan on the Beach:-) 3 great pools! Lagoon Pool is huge, with 2 palm tree islands.

Our condo at Long Beach Resort has the best floor plan on the Beach. Every room is ocean front. 30 foot curved balcony with direct access from living room and bedroom. Floor to Ceiling glass doors.*** Coming May 2013 *** Brand new high quality kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful tile floor. An amazing Lagoon Pool (3 total) Private beach access (50 steps)and you are on the beach. Easy parking. Walking distance to Restaurants & Shopping,Groceries Golf 2 min. drive.
