Located on a saltwater canal in a quiet cul-de-sac, this 4-bed, 2.5-bath home sleeps 8 and offers a private paradise complete with a heated pool (optional upgrade) and close proximity to both the Intracoastal Waterway and Atlantic beaches. Recently renovated, enjoy modern comforts in a luxurious setting.

Brand new boat dock perfect for docking your boat, fishing, kayaking, paddle boating and simply enjoying beautiful views. Our home features a spacious kitchen with a large center island and a dining area that seats 10. Relax in the family room with a large-screen smart TV or have fun in the sunroom turned game area.

Additional features include optional pool heating ($287 for 3-7 days, with discounts available for multiple weeks)

Detailed arrival instructions provided after signing the rental agreement. Please note, pets are not permitted.

The Neighborhood:
Palm Harbor in Palm Coast is renowned for its serene residential vibe and abundant outdoor activities. Enjoy easy access to fishing, boating, kayaking, and paddle-boarding right in your backyard. Explore local trails for biking and hiking, or visit the European Village for a taste of local cuisine and shopping.

Wildlife enthusiasts will love the frequent dolphin and manatee sightings and the occasional bald eagle.

Getting Around:
You will need a car to get around. Short distances to shopping, dining and beautiful beaches. Lots of biking and hiking trails all around. Beautiful kayaking and paddle boarding.

Other Things to Note:
Pool heater is available for $50 per day or $287 per week or $200 weekly for multi week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay.
