EASY BEACH ACCESS - 2 Bed/2 Bath

This ground floor, two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the Atlantis Building, features tile floors throughout, and an open kitchen with granite countertops. This condo is just a few steps to the beach path and Hilton Head's spectacular beach. Beach chairs, a cart, and other beach amenities are provided. You can access the beach either through the front door and paved walkway, or through the living room sliding door to the back patio gate.

The kitchen is well stocked for preparing home cooked meals. There is also a community Weber gas grill available, just out back. For your convenience our condo provides a washer and dryer. The living room and bedrooms have smart TVs, WIFI, and internet with a cable TV package of channels. The living room loveseat provides 1 additional sleeping space (single bed). The master bedroom has its own patio access, a king bed, flat screen tv, and a private bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, and flat screen tv. The guest bath offers a tub/shower combination.

Along with a wide beautiful sandy beach, Island Club offers an outstanding vacation environment. Not only is it an oceanfront resort, it also offers a large pool, seasonally heated (Mar. to Nov,) with waterfall, a children's pool with a mushroom waterfall, and also a tanning pool with lounge chairs, and separate hot tub. We provide our guests with free tennis/pickleball courts (reservations required), a pro shop, children's playground, and outdoor basketball court. Children's programs are also available from June through September for ages 5-12. Guests may also access the fitness center, which is available through the tennis pro shop.

Located mid-island in the Folly Field area, the shops and restaurants on Hilton Head are a short drive away. For golf enthusiasts, the Port Royal Golf Club is a 5 minute drive. Shelter Cove marina, shops, restaurants, grocery are a 10 minute drive. The vibrant Coligny Beach/Plaza is a 17-minute drive. When booking, ask about our bike rental discounts. You can bike on the beach, or ride the paved bike path everywhere on the island.

2025 - Entire unit has been repainted, so it is fresh and clean. (New, updated photos are in progress...). New mattresses, bases/box springs as well..
