Welcome to our charming craftsman in the heart of Whittier. With its convenient location near local shops, restaurants, and attractions, it is a perfect home base for exploring Los Angeles!
Nestled in a historic neighborhood, our beautifully restored duplex unit offers a cozy retreat with modern amenities. The spacious living area features a living room with windows and natural light. Enjoy views from your King Bedroom window.
NOTE: You can book both units together. See profile for listing.
This is one of two units on the property. There is a shared wall in between. Excessive noise will travel through the walls so we ask that you respect all surrounding neighbors. It is a very quiet neighborhood.
Free parking for 1 car in the back. The other spot is for the second unit. Free street parking.
Your space: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
Living Room: Sofa, 58" TV (You will need to log in to your own subscriptions)
Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee station, hot water kettle, pots/pans. 4 counter stools for dining.
Bedroom 1: (1) King bed, iron, iron board, desk, 42" TV
Bedroom 2: (2) Double beds, small vanity desk, baby playard, 32" TV
Bathroom: (1) bathroom, tub/shower, washer/dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
We provide a starter set of most basic essentials. You will be responsible for additional as needed. If there is a special request, please contact us in advance.
