"Seas The Day" 2 bed/2 bath condo/ Villa Capriani

This condo has all the comforts of home with a 5 star feel. Seas The Day is condo in Villa Capriani, top floor, no one above you. Tile and LVP floors throughout the whole condo. There is top of the line stainless steel appliances for all your kitchen and cooking needs. The beds are so comfortable and there is even a full sofa futon for those extra friends or family that want to join you on your vacation. Private, open balcony, catch the sun rays as you take in the ocean views. Enjoy the very modern beachy feel our condo has to offer.

Take a swim in one of the available pools, or soak in a hot tub while enjoying a cocktail from the bar of one of Topsail’s best recommended restaurants. Like tennis, there are courts on the grounds for you to enjoy. The elevator is just near
the unit, you can take it down to the grilling area of the complex. The elevator is also great for taking your beach gear out to the beach. Walk ways that go directly out to the beautiful beach.

The living area has all you need, including a washer and dryer. You will find the master suite with a king bed, and a killer view with a fold out futon if needed. There is an ensuite, you won’t even have to leave the room. Down the hall you will find a cute room with a 2 full beds.

Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, and unit has great wifi.
Also equipped with keyless entry, so no contact needed. Check yourself in and no extra stops along the way

There is dedicated workspace that can be closed off for more privacy

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include
- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve

A separate security deposit for $500 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.
