Comfort, style, and practicality. Renting with us will ensure relaxation and ease on your trip to the "Big Easy." Dauphine street is famous for its local treasures, events, and excitement located steps away from the property. Your room comes with everything you need to limit trips up and down the stairs. The private kitchenette inside the room comes with a microwave, coffee maker, dishes, and a mini fridge. Full bathroom is spacious with a walk in shower, two sinks, and a private and walk in toilet room. Immediately to the right of your suit is a large screened in balcony, accompanied with an inside seating area at the entrance of the second floor. Not to mention the large additional downstairs kitchen / event space (which is available for event rental), and outside driveway downstairs. Guests have the space to spread out and get comfortable in an amazing location with tons of activities to explore. We also offer our own Louisiana cultural experiences upon request!

Amazing quick getaway!

Property is beautiful! We love Jason, he was kind, considerate, and generous! We cannot wait to come back. If you know the Bywater then you know where it’s at. You can’t beat it. Thank you again for the amazing getaway Jason! It was exactly what we needed.

Gorgeous space

We spent four action-packed days in NOLA for the French Quarter Festival, and Jason's place was a perfect home base. He has thoughtfully provided two beautiful suites, impeccably clean and airy, in the best little neighborhood in the city. Easy walking or biking to fantastic restaurants, cafes, bars, jazz clubs, and more. The only downside is the loud train that comes through every night a couple of blocks away - but my husband slept right through it! Thanks again, Jason - we'll be back!

WONDERFUL!

My 15 year old daughter and I were in New Orleans for a well-documented concert on Oct. 27, 2024 ;) and stayed at this lovely home from Saturday - Tuesday. Jason, our host, was amazing. He was very responsive with any questions we had and truly went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet, except for the very rude train that blared it's horn at 7:00 am on Sunday morning, but obviously there wasn't anything Jason could do about that. LOL! It was clearly a residential neighborhood, but it was still in walking distance of a fabulous restaurant and bakery in the Bywater area. I look forward to coming back with my husband and other daughter and renting out the other suite on the upstairs. I highly recommend Jason and his great home.

Wonderful Stay!!

We came in for a weekend family reunion and Jason’s place was just what we were looking for. It is in a Great location, super nice and clean, Jason was a great host, very accommodating and helpful with the area and the home. We will be staying here again!!!

An absolute must for your next trip to NOLA

There is no better option for your next trip to New Orleans. This apartment is hands down the best rental we have ever stayed in. Luxuriously comfortable, equipped above and beyond everything you could need, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood close to all the action, and with the most gracious host! I can't recommend this place enough.
