Spinnakers Vacation Cottages, Captain's Quarters är omgiven av frodig tropisk landskapsplanering, nära allt men med en känsla av att vara borttagen! Denna vackra semesterboende ligger i Holmes Beach och är bara 250 steg till stranden!

Spinnakers består av fyra lantlig stil lägenheter. Kaptenens kvarter är ett tre sovrum, två badrum hem med en privat inhägnad gård. Det finns en gemensam pool att njuta av, med alla fyra stugorna som har tillg��ng till poolen!

Med en kung, drottning och två uppsättningar av två våningssängar finns det gott om utrymme för familjen att sträcka ut och slappna av n��r inte på en av de vackra Anna Maria Island stränder. Köket har vackra granit. Den öppna planlösningen gör att hela familjen vara tillsammans medan matlagning, äta och umgås!

När du är redo att utforska ön, kan du hoppa ombord den fria AMI vagn som går dagligen längs ön och har ett stopp inte långt från din dörr.

Kaptenens kvarter är sällskapsdjurvänligt! Om du tar med dina furry familjemedlemmar kommer det att finnas en återbetalningsbar husdjur avgift på 150 $ plus skatt PER PET på grund av efter bokning. Lots of laughs

This property has recently been remodeled because the listing was different than what we arrived to! Everything was perfect! The courtyard was perfect for morning coffee! A short walk to the beautiful beach using the chairs well stocked from the VRBO. The heated pool was amazing to relax in after the beach. Beds were comfortable too!

Awesome beachy place, so close to the water!

Our family of five enjoyed a wonderful stay at the captains quarters—all the amenities were as described, pool was great and beach access is super close. Very comfortable and attentive rental. Highly recommend and we would come again! Thank you!

We love this cottage!

This was our second year staying in this cottage. We absolutely love it! The decor is so cute and everything is clean and well kept. Last year we had 5 people and this year 6 and it was still perfect. We love this part of the island and the closeness to the beach….just a short walk! I know we will continue to return to this cottage unless our family grows more and we need more space.

Exactly as Advertised

We had a girls trip and chose this property due to 3 large bedrooms and a private pool. The walk to the beach was super easy and I went there every morning for a sunrise stroll. We loved the kitchy decor and felt right at home there. We didnt require anything extra or encounter any problems so I cant make a fair assessment of the rental office.

Family trip

Great place to stay!! This is a great location to beach access. House is clean and comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again! The shared space was still private and we couldn’t hear neighbors at all from our space. Property management company was super responsive to any question and we had the best time!

Lovely place but had some issues due to hurricane Debby

The place was as beautiful as shown in the listing. Spacious and comfy and felt like a home away from home. We did have issues our first few days there. Because of hurricane Debby the house flooded a little and we were out of power for 18 hours. Definitely no fun and put a damper on our vacation .

Wonderful stay at Spinnakers Cottages

Our family of five adults had an amazing stay in this lovely cottage! The decor made it so homey and cozy. Everything was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and communication was also very easy. We loved the easy walk to the beach! We especially enjoyed the front porch area that this particular cottage. We would definitely return in the future!

Loved Captains Quarters!

We loved the property-close to the beach access path, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together when not at the beach, all the amenities we wanted and nice neighborhood. Property management responded very quickly when something was needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Home Away From Home

Had a wonderful time at this cottage in Anna Maria Island. The cottage was exactly as described. The shared pool was rarely in use when we used it and was a nice option when the beach got too hot for us northerners. The location is perfect and within short distance or walk to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. So relaxing!

The home was lovely, the private pool fantastic, and the accessibility to the public Manatee Beach and the quick access to a private beach through a stoeybook path of sea grapes was ideal!

Great vacation!

It was a awesome vacation. The property was very nice. Great location. There one thing that was misleading. The pool was not heated and the spa did not work. It would been nice to know that. You should change that in the listing. This amenity was one of the many reasons we choose the property. Overall it was nice.

Just like the pictures!!!

The Captains Quarters was so perfect and roomy. Entire house was very clean and stocked. Super close to the beach. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great. Just wish the hot tub worked (no heat or bubbles). You will want to bring some extra toilet paper if staying a week.

Loved the home like interior! Property was close to the beach and many restaurants and shopping. Would have like to have been told there were four units using the small pool. Beach wagon was listed as amenity and there was not one.

Close walk to beach

Great property for what we needed. Very close to beach, heated, shared pool and plenty of beds. Pool could have been crowded if all properties were occupied but only seemed to have 1 other family at a time with us in December. Pool nicely shaded for when it is hot with shared grill and outdoor table. Also had your own private yard area in front of house.

Most excellent experience!

Beautiful home. Bigger than expected. Close to everything that is food, bars, shops. Great home for groups because of the amount of space. Anything we needed was there as far as amenities got. Very well stocked kitchen. Nice outside areas in front and back of home as well for relaxing and swimming. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Quaint cottage

Property was so enjoyable. Close to the beach and a nice little pool. Place was pretty well stocked with whatever you needed to cook. The only thing I would recommend is a bigger trash can in the kitchen and baskets in the bedrooms. Make sure to buy extra Tp,Kleenex tissues and garbage bags. You will need more than provided.

Wish We Were Still There

We immediately felt welcome in the Captain's Quarters Cottage. The new sea shell lined entryway let us know we were finally at the beach! The cottage was immaculate and comfortable. The open kitchen/dining/living area was bright and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to prepare meals. The BBQ grill was also convenient.The kids enjoyed the piano and all the board games.There were some great books on the shelves too.The cottage had plenty of beach towels and beach chairs as well as an umbrella. We had perfect weather during our stay and spend allot of time at the beach.The sandy pathway to the beach is about a minute's walk from the cottage. We cannot wait to return to the Captain's Quarters.
