The name of our property is Alexander Palm and it is a spacious 3014 square foot vacation home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A perfect combination of size and functionality, this home offers a spacious double-height great room located adjacent to the kitchen with island, creating a true open concept living space. Located right outside, you will find the heated pool and pool deck where you will spend plenty of time soaking up the Florida sun. Overlooking the pool, you will find a luxury master suite with private master bath located on the first floor along with 1 guest bedroom and bathroom. As you move up to the second floor, you will be greeted by a large bonus room, perfect for fun activities or a family game night. Last but not least a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 guest bedrooms and 2 guest bathrooms will give your guests a good night's sleep before starting another day full of fun in the sun. • We provide you with a small welcome kit to get you started. But these items may not last the entire duration of your stay. Please stop by the nearest grocery store to pick up any additional items you may need during your stay.

• POOL HEATING - OPTIONAL
We are pleased to inform you that your reservation includes access to the community clubhouse, where you can enjoy several amenities. Additionally, the community pools are heated at no additional cost. If you are interested in heating the private pool during your stay, please note that there is an additional charge of $35 per day. We recommend that you request this service at least 48 hours before your check-in, as the heater requires time to reach the desired temperature. The minimum rental period for the pool heater is 2 nights. It is important to mention that the temperature of the heater will not exceed 95 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool operates as a spa and not a jacuzzi; it can only be heated if the entire pool is heated, i.e. both areas will be at the same temperature. The heater works by heat exchange and is not effective in cold weather conditions. If you decide to request the heater during cold weather and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to offer you a refund. The pool heater pumps feature a safety system that prevents overheating. If the pump is operated in cold conditions for extended periods, it will automatically shut off to protect its functionality until it can operate efficiently again. Please note that this service is optional and may not be available at all times.

• GARBAGE REMOVAL Please place trash in the plastic container every day to keep the house clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. Prior to check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Fresh linens and towels will be provided in the unit. Housekeeping service is included in the rental rate. A mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee.

IMPORTANT ABOUT PACKAGE DELIVERIES If you plan to make online purchases during your stay, please note that if the seller uses USPS, your package will likely not be delivered. The post office does not recognize vacation rentals as regular addresses, which means the package will be returned to the sender. We recommend using delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, or Amazon as they typically deliver to our location. Not all resorts accept deliveries. It is important to note that we are not responsible for unexpected issues related to your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
