A 36-foot dock with a 22-foot floating section is ready for your boat, fishing, or quiet moments by the water. The private, fenced backyard features a sunlit custom pool, perfect for relaxing days in the Florida sun. With a private dock providing direct access to the Gulf, The floating dock - ideal for mooring your boat, fishing, and other coastal activities. The home also comes with four kayaks, perfect for paddling through the canals or enjoying a fishing trip.
