Just lovely

First of all: Laura and her father are just lovely hosts! So nice and welcoming. The check- in was smooth and the Communication with Laura perfect. The appartement is big and cosy at the same time. The charming old building made it even cosier. It really contains all you need and even more. Even if it is situated in the most crowded part of Nice, the street is calm. A perfect stay and we will gladly live here again.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zentral und dennoch ruhiger als gedacht.Die wichtigsten Räume wie Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer waren sauber, in der Küche hätten wir uns mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht.

Great location, sweet little appartment

Great location in the heart of Old Town Nice.Laura was very responsive when we had questions before arrival. Even beach towels were provided. Aircon worked perfectly, very much needed in the heat. Nice bathroom.Check-in process too long. We gave notice -as requested by host - an hour before arrival, but still had to phone again and wait 20 minutes, until Laura's dad arrived. Instructions that followed were very lengthy. We were hot and tired after a very long journey and just wanted to get settled.Kitchen needs attention. Cutlery, plates and drawers dirty, had to ask for bin liner and dishwashing liquid. Maybe only small things could be improved. Overall a very nice place!

This apartment is a perfect place to stay in Old Town, Nice. This close to the sea, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, transport and in the heart of Old Town charm. But it’s also quiet, comfortable, has everything you need for a lengthy stay. So much better than a hotel and cheaper too. Laura is a wonderful host, super helpful and responsive. Would 100% stay here again.

Close to city center

So many restaurants and shopping close by. Noisy early in the morning because of trash trucks and street cleaners. Space was perfect. The bed was comfy. Had to climb one floor of stairs.

A nice stay in Old Nice

Accommodation was in a great location. Very quiet and close to everything. Nearby tourist attractions, beach and shopping. The owner, who met us at the appartment was super kind. I would recommend staying here.

Great Value

This is an amazing catch! Right in the middle of the Old Town Square. Minutes to eateries, bars, shopping and ICE CREAM!The check in qas smooth and accommodated a slightly early check in giben we flew in on the red-eye.I would definitely book again.

L'appartement est très bien situé, à 2 pas du tramway et de la promenade des anglais. Dommage qu'il soit très mal insonorisé, nous avons été réveillé tous les jours par le camion poubelle à 5h30

Great location!

My husband, toddler and myself enjoyed our stay in Nice! The apartment was in a great location; close to tram, ocean, and great restaurants. We found it quiet and easy to find. We stayed for ten days here and wished more than two coffee pods were left as the grocery store didn’t have the type of pods required. We also ran out of bathroom hand soap and garbage bags. A better supply of these items would have been nice. Over all our stay was good. Location and our sweet greeting from Laura’s dad was the best.

Laura was a great host, doing her best to assist us as our arrival was delayed to 3am owing to storms in Ireland. She was generous in giving partial refund and flexible about arrival time next morning the apartment is Perfectly placed to explore the Old Town of Nice and surrounding areas. The apartment contains all that’s needed for your stay, would return to this property. Thank you again for your kindness and attention to our needs. Dennis.

Great stay

All you need, in the Old Town on the edge of all tbe shops. Bars and restaurants. Close to Femocchio! Our only small moan is the quality of the pillows, we didnt like them

Excessivement déçu

Expérience très décevante. Voici pourquoi: 1- Vous nous avez pris le plein tarif lors de notre réservation plusieurs mois avant notre séjour???pas juste un dépôt 2- Nous avons eu de la difficulté à rejoindre la propriétaire avant notre séjour celle-ci prétextant que son téléphone était " cassé"... 3- Peu de précision pour se rendre à l'appartement autre que la station de tram où débarqué 4- C'est le père de la propriétaire qui était là pour l'accueil et, malgré que ce soit un monsieur bien gentil, grande difficulté de communication et nous avons dû nous débrouiller tout seul pour trouver l'appart dans la petite rue du Vieux Nice 5- L'air climatisé (une antiquité rafistolée avec du tape) n'a fonctionné que 30 minutes lors de notre arrivé. Nous avons contacté le père et sa solution était de l'éteindre et le rallumer ce qui n'a pas fonctionné naturellement. Chaleur +++ dans l'appart. 6- salle de bain archaique et propreté douteuse 7-lit très petit pour 2 et très inconfortable Voilà en résumé notre expérience. Malgré que nous avions payé pour 3 nuits nous n'avons resté qu'une seule nuit et trouvé un hotel confortable ailleurs!

Mieszkanie w doskonałym miejscu, na starówce, blisko plaży. Laura bardzo pomocna, bardzo miła, pobyt bez zarzutu. Polecam, bo cena też atrakcyjna jak na takie położenie.

Alles prima! Tolles Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Kleine, sehr saubere Wohnung in perfekter Lage in Nizzas Altstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in idealer Lage. Die trubelige Altstadt ist nur zwei Gassen entfernt, trotzdem ist das Apartment ruhig gelegen. Super-nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen. Empfehlenswert.
