The host was very easy to work with and the property was exactly what was described.Since this is a "vacation" property, you will be a "guest of an owner" which means be prepared for the hard sell right at check-in. At check-in, we got our credentials checked, room number confirmed, and was then directed to the "sales desk" to get our key. This is where they will saddle you with signing up for a 90 minute presentation, squeezing you to use their recommended "partners" etc. The 2 bedroom was perfect and quiet. The amenities at the property good and access to the Riverwalk is right on.What wasn't so good was the hotel staff. At one point the WIFi went down. Not out, down. I let the staff know which I was told "I" had to call technical support, not them. They gave me a number which I waited on hold for 6 minutes before hanging up. I once again told the hotel staff this was their issue, not mine to which I got the same reply. So I called back the support number and 10 minutes later I was told that this was a property issue and that they would contact the property for further instruction. 3 hours later WiFi was restored.Trash in the hall! I guess guests don't read and see that there are trash chutes on each floor. Each day I had to walk by several rooms that put all of their trash, dirty towels/bedding by their door. I let the front desk know and they didn't care. They changed locks during our stay but didn't tell us to get new keys and our door was left open for hours.
