The luxury second-floor apartment has a terrace of 20 mÂČ facing south, with a balcony looking out over the magnificent blue ocean 2 beautiful swimming pools and a great tropical garden. This balcony is the perfect place for relaxing as you look out to panoramic sea views from the outdoor furniture including sun loungers, table & chairs. The apartment of 80mÂČ sleeps 6 adults comfortably, there are 2 double bed rooms and 2 people can sleep in the convertible bed in the living room. All floors are in white marble floors and air-conditioning is provided. The whole apartment is decorated throughout in an attractive modern style. The apartment is fully equipped with electric oven, micro-wave, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, airconditioning... There are bed linen and towels provided. Sun loungers on the terrace and around the pool are provided. There is also a parking space underground for the car. There are 2 large pools available with toilets and a pool-bar ( you can eat and drink at a cheap price ...)
The apartment is situated in the residence Balcones del Chaparral in a quiet area of Mijas Costa within walking distance from the beach ( approx. 300 metres), Fuengirola and la Cala de Mijas with restaurants and shops. There are several golf sites in the neighborhood, the nearest a few minutes away at Chaparral.
PLS NOTE the cleaning is MANDATORY and costs 55 EUR.

This luxury second floor apartment is situated on the Mijas Costa region of the Costa del Sol between Malaga, Fuengirola and Marbella (approximately 30Km from Malaga airport). The closest beach is just 5 minutes walk away. Two convenience stores are also within 5 minutes walk. Mijas is a small town at the sea and it has views on the mountains if you look the other way. Its geographical location is quite outstanding, close to Malaga (20 min) and Marbella (20 min) with their beaches, restaurants, clubs, bars and nightlife. In fact, this is the ideal starting point to visit the Costa del Sol. A good thing about our apartment is that there is a bus stop which serves every 30 minutes a ride direction Malaga, Fuengirola or Marbella ⊠You do not really need a car as we have also 2 free bikes available.
Para-sailing, tennis, riding and mini golf are available locally as well as scenic walks, and horse-racing at the nearby hippodrome race track.
There are superb golf courses at Mijas and La Cala and many more within a short drive by car.
The closest beach is just 5 minutes walk away.The beautiful beach of La Cala is only 5 minutes drive away ( 15 min walk) and has a variety of shops in addition to plenty of golden sand. Just 5 minutes drive in the opposite direction is the town of Fuengirola with an excellent zoo, aquapark, marina, beaches, shops, restaurants and a busy nightlife. The local village of La Cala with its sandy beaches and the shopping town of Fuengirola are 5 minutes drive in opposite directions. Sierra Nevada mountains, for skiing in Winter and hiking in Summer, are approx 2 1/2 hours driving distance.
Quality shopping is available in Marbella ( 25 min drive). From the excellent restaurants dotted along the nearby marina of Puerto Banus, luxurious yachts can be seen, along with the rich and famous.
Beautiful historical cities such as Granada, Ronda, Seville and Cordoba are all within driving distance and make for enjoyable day trips, as do Gibraltar & North Africa. Malaga has an historic castle, ornate cathedral and Picasso Museum.
Known for its long hours of sunshine and mild winters the Costa del Sol makes your holiday enjoyable throughout the year. My wife and I use this holiday house for our own personal use, so we have decorated and equipped it in a contemporary and comfortable style, to fully benefit from the beautiful surrounding area.
We will be pleased to give you tips about the area : sites of interests, restaurants, spare-time activities... and you will find some tourist information and magazine in the apartment to make your stay more enjoyable!

The apartment is ideally located between malaga and Marbella and easy to reach from Belgium and other countries. This area is great as you have 320 days of sun and you can visit the mountains who are close.
