Great Summer Vacation spot

We really enjoyed this home. There was plenty of room for our family of four. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. It was located within walking distance to most attractions and a short walk to St George street. The home owner was very helpful and was able to address any issues or questions we had quickly. We had a great time.

Our first visit to St Augustine for a girl’s trip. House was perfect. Excellent location to walk to everything. Appreciate the off street parking. So cute. Everything we needed and Deb was very responsive with area recommendations.

Beautiful stay in downtown St. Augustine

We stayed for a week to visit with family. The house was perfect for the four of us. We really liked that the house was within walking distance of downtown. The kids also enjoyed being so close to downtown.

Great house!

Our family stayed in Deb’s home for a family reunion in St. Augustine. We’ve been to the area before, so we were looking for a home close to St. George St- it was!! Deb provided everything needed for a great visit!

Love this eclectic 1950’s home!

5 location minutes from downtown. We were able to walk back every evening & enjoy beautiful St Augustine.The house had everything we needed. We loved the mix of eclectic decor: Historical, Spanish, woodsy, nautical, & retro. It all flowed. Our host Deb was amazing. Be it tips for things to do or simply random questions. She was very responsive. We highly recommend this home for your stay in St Augustine.

Great location

We went with friends to see the Christmas lights. The property was amazing. We could walk downtown, which was fantastic. Didn’t have to worry about parking. The house had everything we needed really loved the back patio and the front seating area

St. Augie Adventure

My boys and I had a wonderful stay. We explored just about everything and hit the beach a few times (highly recommend Butler Beach). Everything except for a few stops were easily walkable. Loved it!

Christmas Trip

The property was as described and within walking distance of downtown. We traveled her for Christmas and the property was perfect for our family of four and even had the sweetest Christmas Tree to put our presents around. The property was clean, provided all the cleaning and shower essentials. There were multiple outdoor covered spaces to enjoy. The owner was very nice in our communications and responded timely. I would recommend this property for a nice visit to St. Augustine and would stay here again, should I find my way to this city again!

Great Stay!

The location is terrific and is so close to St. George St. and great restaurants. The home is an older Florida home that is decorated so nicely, and had everything that we needed for our stay. Great fenced backyard for barbecues, or just dinner, as there is a large comfortable seating area. Front carport with its cozy chairs was so relaxing with coffee in the morning and great for people watching. Layout of home was also good, as there are large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Whoever cleans your property, keep them! Would definitely recommend this home.

We chose Lincolnville because of its charm and proximity to Historic Old Town Saint Augustine.
We love that it is single story and we can come home, park our car and walk to everything we need.
