Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 8 people including visitors, infants, and children. Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 4 cars max.

This 1,450 sq. ft. thoughtfully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse provides a warm and spacious retreat, perfect for families and friends seeking comfort and relaxation. On the upper floor, you'll find the inviting Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a private entrance to a full bathroom. Additionally, there's another bedroom with a queen-size bed for your comfort. On the main floor, we provide a cozy queen-size bed in Bedroom #3. And for the young adventurers, our downstairs extra room features 2 single-sized bunk beds.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with TVs in three of the four bedrooms, ensuring everyone's enjoyment. The downstairs game room is a hub of excitement, equipped with a large smart TV featuring surround sound, arcade-style side-by-side basketball, and a selection of board games suitable for all ages.

Relish the open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the dining area to the patio deck, where you can savor fall's crisp air. The kitchen, complete with a coffee bar, ensures all your culinary needs are met. As the evenings grow cooler, gather around the charming stone fireplace and admire the autumnal beauty through the wall of windows.

Pets:
We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 1 dog. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
