The house had no hot water no ac invested with ants sheets where dirty beds where not comfortable they had fans in the room that didn't work all the chairs in the house was broke this was the worst house I've ever stayed in

Great location

Overall, was what I expected for a weekend stay. Great location but not the most updated property. Had to go purchase face towels as I missed that they weren't provided. Plenty of space for our group. Communication was great as we thought we would need to cancel due to hurricane.

Loving our trip

My family enjoyed every inch of this house. It looks just like the pictures. Even thou the pool was very small we overlooked it because everything was to our liking.

Infested with bugs!

The property was as we expected with decent furnishings and a heated pool. Unfortunately, we encountered several areas in the house that had bugs, including the kitchen. Our trip was for Thanksgiving and we planned to host dinner. Almost worse than the bugs was the customer service when reporting the bugs. The representative had to text us instead of call because of tracking purposes. The text conversation was infuriating, we watched text ellipsis for about an hour as we waited for responses. Some options offered were for us to spray the house with the bug spray provided in the pantry; wait for the a pest control company to spray on the next day which was Thanksgiving. We did not like any of the options and chose to leave the property.

Great place and clubhouse

We rented this property for a few days prior to a cruise out of Port Canaveral. We had 9 people - 5 adults and 4 kids. The space was perfect, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The pool table in the garage was an added bonus. The pool was very cold, we didn’t use it much. But the clubhouse pool was really nice for the kids. Only issue we had was on check in, the door code didn’t work. Had to wait for someone to call me back with the right number, so it delayed our entry by about 10 mins. Not a big deal. House was clean, carpet on the stairs really needs to be replaced, beds aren’t very comfortable… but all minor issues.

Great place to stay close to Disney

We liked how close this house was to Disney and surrounding attractions we went to.. We enjoyed the comfortable furniture. They were responsive when we needed their help with the property. The community that our house was in was very nice. Well kept area surrounding the house.

Veranda villa

Home was nice. A little more damage than what was shown in the pictures. The carpeting had stains and there appeared to be some water damage in the hall. The thing that i had the most problems with was something kept getting into the trash and dragging it around the front yard. And there is a possible penalty for this. The game room was too hot to be enjoyed since it was in the garage with no climate control. Fans in the bedroom were excessively noisy and could be replaced. But all in all a decent place to stay.. Close to disney and large enough to accommodate a large family.

Great space!

Lots of bedroom space & plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen & living room area are very nice & a great open space for all to hang out. Pool area was nice & well maintained. My only suggestions would be to find a discreet location for the outside garbage/recycling cans. Pool area is very nice, but there's only about 2 feet of grass & then a privacy fence.
