Spring break vacation

Perfect for my group

This property was perfect for my group. We were in the area working with a 5 man group. We all had our own rooms and our own bathrooms. It was the perfect place. Very clean .

Alright, buckle up buttercups, because our Orlando/Davenport VRBO experience was a rollercoaster of "Wait, what?" mixed with a dash of "Okay, this isn't terrible."The Goods (aka the Pros): * Big House, Big Fun (for the most part): Listen, fitting 10 of us under one roof without someone ending up in the dog house (which, by the way, doesn't exist here) is a feat in itself. This place delivered on size. We weren't exactly tripping over each other, which is a major win when you've got that many opinions on what to watch on TV. * Bathroom Bonanza: Forget fighting for mirror time! Each bedroom having its own bathroom access was like winning the lottery, but instead of cash, you get sweet, sweet porcelain peace. Seriously, this was a game-changer for our morning routine. No more strategic shower scheduling! * Poolside Paradise (Daytime Edition): The pool was a welcome oasis after a long day of theme park shenanigans. Plenty of chairs meant no one had to awkwardly hover while waiting for a spot to soak up the Florida sun. We definitely parked ourselves out there like sun-loving lizards. * Kitchen Commando Ready: This kitchen was stocked like we were planning to cater a small wedding (we weren't, mostly because we couldn't find the salt). Plenty of dishes and silverware meant we weren't washing the same five forks all week. A definite plus for our sanity. * Towel Town: Hallelujah for individual towels! No more playing the "whose damp towel is this?" game. Each of us got our own

Nice clean property

Overall this was a great place to stay. I did have heated pool & BBQ which was awesome for the chillier evenings. The driveway did hold 4 vehicles. Luckily that’s all we had but if we had more, there was not on street parking near us & the garage was not available at this house. Just a caution. I knew people at other houses that parked on the street because they didn’t have room in the driveway & their cars were towed. There are designated street parking but it’s limited.

Great house for a mid-winter escape in Florida!

We'd never been to the Orlando area prior to staying at this home, and we are already planning a return trip. The house is conveniently located inside the Solterra Resort, which is a relatively new community in close proximity to Orlando, and the surrounding attractions. We brought two families with 6 children total, and everyone loved it. The house is clean and well appointed, easy to access from the instructions provided, and the property managers were responsive to anything we needed. The pool (with heat) was perfect for a quick dip any time of day, and the community clubhouse is a short walk or drive, with a larger swimming area, lazy river, water slide, fitness center, and cafe. If you're looking for a great place to stay, with low stress and a reasonable rate, I would highly recommend this house!

A great place for an Orlando vacay

We spent about a week here to enjoy a vacation doing all the tourist things in Orlando. Our group had 8 total, 4 being children. There was plenty of space for us all to not feel crowded. I do want to note there was one rule that took us by surprise when we got there. We are used to not flushing items in the toilets, but every toilet had a sign that you weren’t even allowed to flush toilet paper. That was a first. Then there was a warning that if you did clog the system by doing so and needed to call it would be a $40 charge. The idea of not flushing toilet paper was very unsanitary to us. If you plan on using the pool I would suggest getting it heated or the hot tub will be cold. Also bring floaties for your littles and pool towels. Usually where we stay those provided but we ended up running out to buy them. Our fault for assuming. But with all of that, it was a great house for our group size and the price was amazing . Much less than any of our other trips. Hope this helps someone.

Awesome time !

We had a wonderful time. The pool wasn't heated and I was clear on what we wanted. I had hoped it would have been warm by the next full day of our rental but it wasn’t. After a few emails it was worked out. I would hope in the future, they would be more spot on with heating the pool. Past reviews stated the same problem. Although, the refunded the days that pool wasn't heated, I would have preferred not to have to email during my vacation.

Family Florida Vacation

Property was beautiful and exactly as picture described. The pool was not heated the first few days and jacuzzi was never hot. Their are a few rules I would have like to have known of before. No shoes on carpet or upstairs and no toilet paper in toilets were not rules I was aware of. The lazy river closed at 5 pm. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes glasses and silverware but needs decent frying pans. The wicker leg restby the pool had a broken leg and my daughter in law fell over when she sat on it.

Genau wie auf den Fotos - tolles Haus !

Sehr tolles Haus - Lage ok - ca 20 min bis Disney bzw 30 min Seaworld und Universal . In ca 5 km Entfernung Champions Gate mit Shopping und Fast Food . Pool super . Nachfragen wurden sofort per Mail beantwortet . Sehr gepflegt . 100% Weiterempfehlung !

Very nice house and plenty of room for 7 guys

The house very nice but the spa was not hot like the office said it was. You said it should be 90 degrees but more like 73 degrees. Very disappointed not getting to use the spa. Jerry Smith
