All in all, our home is a perfect setting for an entire family to bond and make wonderful and magical memories together!

During the COVID, this is a perfect place to come and relax with family. We have setup an enhanced cleaning protocol for the guest's safety. You can set up your work station with FREE WIFI while the kids and family relaxes and enjoys the Pool/Spa, Themed Harry Potter and Frozen Rooms - both of which have changing LED lights with music. Your children will love this including the games room with Pool table, TV, Foosball table, Board games and more.

This luxurious 3354 square foot, open planned, seven bedroom villa is tastefully furnished to the highest standards. Your nearest neighbor is a nature park which gives you the poolside semi-privacy that is great to find. If you want to take a walk in the nature park, the path is just a 5 minute walk away. But if the wilderness seems too daunting, take comfort in the fact that there is plenty of shopping and restaurants just a 5 minute drive away.

Best of all it is located only THREE STOPLIGHTS TO DISNEY! It is the perfect place, after a full day at the park, to quickly come home and relax. You can sit back in the sun, or the shade of a lanai, by a screened private pool (the largest you will find in Emerald Island) and clear bubbling hot tub. In the evening there is an Incredible Game Room where you can play pool or foosball.

This villa features both formal and casual living rooms, with comfortable sofas in each area. You’ll also find TVs in all seven bedrooms to accommodate each of your guests. Welcome to spacious and beautiful Theme Roomed Mickey's Mansion which caters to everyone's needs. We have 6 Theme Bedrooms,

Convenient and spacious

Would recommend for a large group who needs easy access to Disney. We came for our child’s competition at ESPN and it was very convenient to get back and forth. Lots of room to spread out, newly updated bathrooms, pool access and quaint neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible and neighborhood was quiet.

Communication and Amenities

The house was spacious and cozy. However, we noticed that the entire house was a little dusty and furniture was a little outdated. Unable to manage the pool and hot tube function. What it make us very upset was that one day a lady came over to the house and started complaining about the garbage, one of our family members brought out some boxes and put them on the garbage can not knowing that needed to be put in in a garbage bag, we understand that the villa had some rules but it was more the way she approached us, and she also started complaining about the nex house's garbage can overflowing something that it didn't really concern us, she also came inside the house to showed me and read the rules about the garbage. At the time my family was having breakfast, we found this very disturbing and disrespectful, she stated she was the person in charge of maintenance or something. Me and my family didn't appreciate that. Hope no one else experience anything like this because it really ruined your day. Once again is the way you approached situations.

Overall amazing place. The house was beautiful, the weather beautiful. The pool was cold, but the kids enjoyed it. And if i had one negative, maybe a pizza pan for cooking?? But otherwise, our family vacation was a success. Thank you for sharing withbus.

The pool alarm, though understandable, became a constant nuisance. Mickey Mansion

Heater for pool and hot tub would not heat. Owner did reimburse for cost of heater. Beds were not comfortable. No bath mats to step on and no extra towels. Trash around the property. Master shower had black mildew.

We stayed in mickeys mansion at the end of July / August, there was 15 of us and the space was perfect, great facilities, great host and excellent communications throughout. The owner kindly allowed us a late checkout. Definitely recommended.

Mickey's Manison was a Great Vacation Place.

Jim was great to work with. He called to introduce himself, and was available to answer our questions. Loved our stay. Convenient to all the Disney parks. A nice, quite community.

The perfect house

Outside of it being just a little outdated, the house was perfect! We had 16 people and it accommodated everyone. We had a great time at the pool every night, and cooked everyday. What made the stay beyond perfect was the communication with the owner. Everything was explained in full detail, and she went above and beyond to make our stay even better by letting us check in extremely early because we drove 16hrs to get there, and got there a lot earlier than expected. Will always be grateful for that!

Fun Family Vacation

The owner Jim is very gracious and kind! We had several conversations that were delightful. He called after we checked in to make sure the door code worked and that everything was satisfactory. He even sent me a text message to make sure we arrived home safely!

Fantastic house

Excellent location to Disney parks, house was the perfect size for our family. There are 2 masters one on main level which made it perfect for grandma and grandpa to not have to go up and down the stairs! Everyone loved the pool table and foosball table. Outside area is nice with part of the patio covered to give some shade on hot days. We would highly recommend this property.

Very comfortable

The house was not clean, rugs and couch was stained, floors sticky, 1 pan to cook with all others were burnt on and unusable, bathroom mats were dirty, hot tub heat didn’t work.

Don't set your expectations high.

1. There were ants all over the kitchen which I was told is a common thing in Florida. They sent "pest control" which did not help. I went and bought ant spray with my own money. 2. The washer and dryer were dirty. The washer is out of balance on the spin cycle. Sounds like a herd of cattle no matter how many times you try to shift/adjust the load. 3. The pool area was filthy with someone's fake fingernails laying around. I had to try and use the hose to clean it up but all the drains are clogged and won't let the water out of the enclosed area. 4. The beds are horrendous. OMG. Master bedroom downstairs shifts to one side and master bedroom upstairs has a huge dip in the middle and both feel like laying on the concrete. 5. Black mold in master bedroom shower. 6. Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. I bought dishwashing liquid and handwashed dishes all week. 7. Not sure which stoplights are being referred to in the listing with "only three stoplights to Disney." That's a total lie. 8. The game room is the garage which has a split wall ac unit but no remote so it can't be used and it was 2 degrees hotter than the sun.These were the issues that I tried to just work through because I wanted to have a good week with my family. However.... For the money I paid and the misrepresentations in the listing, I felt it necessary to warn others.... Do NOT set your expectations higher than "just ok.". I could go on... But I'm character limited for this review

Amazing Family Vacation

This property and property management was amazing! There was 11 of us staying and we all had an amazing time. There was an incident with a leak and the property management was out ASAP to fix it, and questions or concerns during the entire stay was answered immediately. The property was very clean and spacious, the updates I would recommend would be a few of the mattesses could be replaced or a puffy mattress topper placed on them, because the springs can be felt through, and also place a handicap rails in the bathroom. My uncle has a bad knee and they would have been helpful. Overall the property was perfect and we will be looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Everything was exactly as pictured

We had a party of 6 adults, 4 kids and 1 baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy the house without bumping into each other. The kids loved swimming in the pool every chance they could. We went in the beginning/middle of October and the pool was just warm enough to swim. I would suggest anyone renting after us to defintely opt for the pool heating. After checking in, we decided we wanted a grill and contacted the owner. He was immediately available for our request and had the grill delivered as soon as possible. The location of the neighborhood is secluded from all the traffic and hustle from being in Orlando/Kissimmee, but is only minutes away from restaurants, shopping and the Disney Parks. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed staying in this house and we would book again in the future.

Spacious, Family Friendly Home, Great for relaxing at a Great Value

We visited during the off-season (which in my opinion is the best time to visit) and really enjoyed our stay at this home. The home itself was clean and spacious, with two master bedrooms and 5 additional nicely furnished bedrooms which was plenty for our Two families of 4 adults and 5 kids. The home had enough space for us to play a game of hide-and-seek. We also enjoyed the game room furnished with a foosball and pool table and enjoyed a walk on the nature trail behind the house. The home's swimming pool was nice and big enough to play a game of pool volleyball and Marco-Polo. We really liked that there were plenty of towels and linens. Also, had plenty of dishes and cookware for making breakfast and dinner. One note for future guests is that the community holds a $10 refundable deposit for each vehicle access card and if you check-out when the clubhouse is closed, you don't get the $10 back - we learned that the hard way. And as much as we enjoyed the home, more importantly, the owner was a pleasure too. He was very attentive to our needs and wanted to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We'd definitely consider this property first for another family vacation to Orlando.

Overall pleased

Our family of 16 visited Mickey's Mansion during spring break to celebrate our wedding anniversary and to visit Disney, where we honeymooned 40 years ago. We loved how big the house was and the fact that it was as the website pictures depicted. It was very clean and there were plenty of towels, which was wonderful because our 8 grandchildren pretty much lived in the pool when we weren't at Disney. Because there were no supplies on hand, having several burnt out light bulbs was a bit frustrating at times. It was nice having stores and restaurants nearby so we could purchase salt and pepper, trash bags, etc. We were thankful that we did not buy mega groceries before we arrived because the refrigerator could not have handled what we needed for a week with 16 people. It would have been nice to have had a Crockpot and grill on hand so that we could have come home to a quick dinner after long, tiring days at the parks. We loved walking the nature trail behind the house and there was definitely plenty to do in the area. Sadly, I waited several weeks before contacting the owner regarding the security deposit that he forgot to send out. Overall, we were satisfied and have recommended Mickey's Mansion to several families since our return home.

Great stay!

We have stayed in this resort before but it was the first time for this house. We were so excited! The moment we opened the door, I can say I noticed how clean the house smelled. That had been a problem with a different owner/house. The house was decorated well. My two year old grandson kept yelling “mouse” because of the wonderful Disney theming. The kitchen was very well stocked with real glasses, dishes, and even wine glasses. I didn’t cook but the pots and pans looked new. The linens were all crisp and clean. There were plenty of towels for our large group but next time, I will bring more wash clothes. The bedrooms were all decorated nicely and everything looked great. The garage had been turned into a wonderful “incredibles” themed playroom. We spent most of our evenings playing pool and foosball once the kids went to sleep. The pool area was great. It was also very clean and the furniture was in good shape. I paid extra to have the heat in the pool and I was really glad I did because even with the heat, the pool was a bit chilly but to be fair...that’s probably more me than anything else. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. One of my favorite things about the pool area was that it backed up to the woods instead of other houses so there was much more privacy. We loved this house and will definitely rent it again next year when we go back. The owner was so easy to deal with and was great about communication. I would wholeheartedly recommend this great house for your trip!!
