You will LOVE this oversized, spacious home with lakefront pool+spa views in the gated & exclusive Solterra Resort! The pool has dining area, couch, & lounge chairs. There is so much room to spend time together & also have privacy. Every room has a private TV, including the game room and pool area! There are 4 master bedrooms w/ ensuite bathrooms (2 downstairs, 2 upstairs). The resort has a fitness center, multiple pools, waterslide, outdoor fireplace, LAZY RIVER, poolside refreshments.

This home is brand new 2022 build.. There are a total of 6 bedrooms. 4 masters, & 2 themed kids rooms with two twin beds in each room. One of the few lots with a lakefront view , and no rear neighbors. Pool heating is available for $35/day (for all remaining days in the reservation). All TV's are smart TVs for self-login to your favorite apps! NOTE: We provide towels, pool towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and COFFEE! :)

The house was modern spacious clean and well stocked.. We enjoyed our time with my kids and grandkids. It is a family friendly safe home. My grandchildren enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub and there was a TV for each and everyone of them to stream their shows. Great door alarm to keep kids safe from the pool. Clubhouse and security at the gate were great. Highly recommend this home for your Orlando area vacation.

Great memories made

The house was furnished with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool was the highlight for our grandchildren along with the resort pool area with the water slide and lazy river. We will be back.

Spring Break 2025

We stayed here during our spring break vacation. House was amazing (better than the descriptions even). Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out (group of 7). Only had one minor issue with the dyer, but the host was very quick to respond (within minutes) and was able to get the issue resolved. As I told the host during our stay of making 4 trips to Florida a year, for the past 10 years this has been the best houses in the Orlando area we have stayed at, and will be rebooking it for each of trips in the future, base on layout, amenities, host responsiveness, and over all policies of the rental (pool heating policy best around). The only negative about the house was trying to figure out which remote went to which tv, for some reason on our stay all the remotes were in 1 area. Couldn't find the remote for outside tv, but since a smart tv just had to download a remote on our phone for it to work.

Frustrating

Very discouraged when we arrived as water had been shut off and we did not get until the next day late afternoon. So therefore no water for washing, bathroom, cooking, cleaning up after cooking. Had to use water we bought for drinking. Pool/hot tub not working either — unable to use the first 4 days . This was very upsetting as a private pool is what the grandkids looked forward to. Had to pay to take kids to another heated pool to swim. Oven not working, No propane for the grill when we were going to grill. Spent way to much of our vacation time messaging host and waiting for responses and people to come fix the issues. I messaged the host on the morning we left asking about refunds and never got a response. The property should have been gone through better and inspected more thoroughly before we arrived. Pool should have been working and turned on the day of arrival— we should not have had to turn it on when we arrived but since there was no water we couldn’t use the pool anyway. All issues should have been taken care since date of arrival was know. We also question when the house was last cleaned since the water had been shut off. All so upsetting and discouraging. At the time of this review I am still waiting on a response to my last message to the host.

Anniversary trip

Communication excellent, check in great, kitchen equipment good, patio furniture needs to be replaced(mold on patio cushions),along with the dinning room chairs (material peeling), carpet and walls need to be cleaned (spots, stains, and markings). Jacuzzi was hot the entire stay aside from the upgrades and cleaning we had no issues.

Overall, our stay was as expected. However, during our stay, the county turned off the water to the house, due to non-payment from the owners. I contacted the property manager, who then contacted the owner to get it paid. The water was turned back on a couple hours later, but this affected our afternoon plans and added unnecessary stress.

Such a great vacation!

This was such a perfect place to stay. We stayed for 14 days and the house was clean and great for our family. Its a nice quiet area and very well kept. The bedrooms were super comfortable for all our kids and well decorated. It had everything we needed!The main pool of the complex is super fun also. We enjoyed swimming there and going to the gym and playing pickleball.

Family sunshine trip

This house was just what we needed for our group. The bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone was great!! The private pool and outdoor area at rhe house was great! The added bonus of the waterpark was we oi0definitely worth the 35

2 family get away

Stayed with 2 families. Plenty of room for everyone. Complex was clean and safe. Clubs house amenities were good. Nothing in walking distance. 15min drive to anything was the only down side.

The house was beautiful, bedrooms were clean and big along with bathrooms. Outside patio and pool was very nice . Nice having washer and dryer . Playroom was amazing , the kids always had a good time in evening playing before bed . I loved my stay on this property 😊😊😊

Perfect Family Vacation House!

My husband and I traveled with my mother, brother, sister in law and 3 kids. We searched long and hard for the perfect house and boy did we hit the jackpot. This place is massive! There was more than enough space for us to spread out. We enjoyed the game room, pool, spa, and the wonderful views of native FL wildlife right out the back windows. And as a fellow VRBO host, I am very particular about cleanliness and this place was spotless. And it was so nice to have the trash picked up daily. I4 can be hectic at times, but we found the drive to both Disney and Universal totally doable. Thank you for everything!

Great Family trip

We rented this house for our family as we were visiting for a flag football world championship. this house was fantastic in terms of space cleanliness and things for the kids to keep busy such as a pool and game room. every room had a bathroom and everyone was able to get away to relax if needed. Lots of space very clean and great communication!!

Wonderful home for our vacay!

Perfect spot for our family vacation. Brought our kids, grandkids and my dad - great for all generations. Our host was super responsive and handled everything we needed with ease and speed. The resort facilities were so fun. We would definitely stay here again when in Davenport.

Perfect getaway home!

We had a wonderful stay at this 6BR, 5.5BA house for our vacation. Our family of 6 which is my wife and me, a 19 year old, two 15 year olds and a 6 year old had a GREAT time! The pool at the house was our favorite spot! The kids enjoyed having smart TVs in every room of the house! The game room wasn't used as much as we thought, but a few games of air hockey and arcade games was fun. The house was CLEAN and well taken care of. It was the perfect relaxing spot for our family during our 6 night stay! The only thing I can think of that I would improve is the master suite that connects out to the pool on the 1st floor...the mattress was just "ok". It wasn't terrible, but I think we're just used to our memory foam mattress at home. I still give this house 5/5 stars for sure! The owner/manager was quick to respond to any questions we had! Highly recommend for a family of 6-10 people!

The house was wonderful. We found the property as described online. It was clean and well maintained. The host was responsive and easy to reach. The neighborhood was nice as well. Quiet community and well maintained. We had an amazing week!
