Great experience

This is a great house which very comfortably fit 16 of us for a bachelor party weekend. Great to be on the beach, a 3 minute drive to the grocery store, and a short cab/party bus ride to Atlantic City. The kitchen is fully stocked and the charcoal grill was awesome to have. John was a responsive host and I’d love to stay here again.

Beautiful house and great location

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. The windows in the family room and kitchen overlook the ocean. The multiple decks were perfect for gathering with family and observing the beautiful scenery. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Wonderful house perfect for our needs

We had a poker event/ reunion that we have been doing for 20 years now and John’s house was absolutely perfect. Plenty of room, gorgeous views, east experience from check in through check out. Would definitely stay again!

Great Vacation House

This is the perfect house for a large family or group of friends! It's big enough for some quiet spaces but the shared living areas are just right for together time! The beach is right there - shops are within walking distance. John is a wonderful host, responsive and accommodating! Definitely 5 stars!!

Huge Family Delightful Summer Vacation at the Shore

Our large 18 member family had a wonderful time at this lovely, comfortable, and accommodating beach house. Being only steps from the beach was a hit with everyone. Location was great, too, and older kids walked to get ice cream, subs, tacos, bakery items, and even sweatshirts for when it got colder. Everyone was happy! 😊

Fantastic shore home - wonderful for family reunion!

We celebrated our family holiday at this fantastic shore home! My chef husband was very pleased with the great kitchen. Plenty of beds and room for everyone to sit, eat and visit for a wonderful time! And the ocean view is spectacular!! The owner is courteous, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Great Host, Great Location!

My party and I (10) were very happy with our stay at John's home. The house was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed to accommodate a large group of people. We had a minor miscommunication on the early check in time - but nothing that put a damper on the weekend. Overall, I would certainly recommend John and this location.

Extended Family Vacation

We loved the house because it fit all 20 of us comfortably and was so close to the beach just a 2 minute walk. There were stores in walking distance including a bakery with amazing pastries and excellent coffee. Atlantic City just a 12 minute drive with the steel pier and rides for the kids. Great week

Great stay, great location

This house is amazing. Located right on the beach with a beautiful view from the main floor. The master bed upstairs also had a tiny balcony with spectacular view of the beach. Plenty of beds to sleep all of the ladies that we had with us for a bachelorette part. Great house for families or large groups. Very roomy so that everyone was able to have their own space. The owner was great with communicating. Check in/out process was very easy. Our deposit was promptly returned to us. Highly recommend staying here and I plan to return one day. The house was also within walking distance to a breakfast/lunch place as well as a restaurant for dinner which was a huge plus.

Amazing Experience! Superb property!

My weekend stay at this gorgeous beachfront property was amazing. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. It was surprisingly better than the beautiful photos portrayed. The accommodations were perfect for our group of friends. We celebrated my girlfriend’s milestone birthday and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was fabulous and even came stocked with serving trays, mixing bowls, nice wine glasses, etc. The property owner was so friendly, responsive, and accommodating! I’ve used rentals before but this was by far the best experience. I would definitely use again and highly recommend this property to anyone considering!

Better than advertised!

Our time at this property was incredible. The drive into the beautiful neighborhood was scenic and felt incredibly safe. Communication with the owner and check in was quick and very easy. The pictures of the house do not do it justice as it is well maintained and went above our expectations. The views were spectacular with ocean views off the balconies and a great view of the large casino buildings. The drive to the casinos was also quick and easy with less than a 10 minute commute. If I had to pick one negative it would be the cleanliness of the beach but its really not too bad. Normal beach clutter of wrappers and bottle caps but nothing to ruin the trip. I would highly recommend staying at this property for the convenience of being close to everything, having the views of the ocean and steps from the beach all in one spot!

We chose this property because of it being a beach front property at Jersey's best kept secret of a beach town. The groomed beach and hometown feel were just what we were looking for. With it being so close to Atlantic City, it is nice to have the party close by, but not so close that it feels like it is at your door step. The residents and neighbors are so friendly and welcoming that you can't help but fall in love with Brigantine.
