Huset har 3-zons luftkonditionering och värme. hemmet har trådlöst internetuppkoppling. Nya mattor i alla sovrum, nya trägolv. hem funktioner nyckel mindre post.

Första våningen:
Ingången från ytterdörren utanför Paver-uteplatsen öppnas till ett stort familjerum, med två stora sovrum (king size-säng och två fullstora sängar med takfläktar), badrum. stor TV, Blu Ray DVD-spelare, blandningstabell för din underhållning, tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare med ingång till garaget.

Andra våningen:
Har ett stort ökök med sex barstolar, bänkskivor i granit och nytt kylskåp i rostfritt stål, diskmaskin och spis med räckvidd. Stor matplats med högt bord och stolar för 8 personer. Vardagsrum med tak och takfläkt, gasspis, stor TV, Blu Ray DVD / CD-spelare med stereo och ett stort utomhusdäck med grill. Det finns också två sovrum (en queen-size säng och två i full storlek med takfläkt), och ett badrum med badkar.

Tredje våningen:
Master sovrum svit med många stora fönster, king size-säng, välvt tak med takfläkt, stor 50 'TV och master badrum med jacuzzi badkar och 6 huvud dusch spa. Tredje våningen har även utdragbar bäddsoffa, kontorsskrivbord och läderbunden stol med främre och bakre däck med havsutsikt.

Great Beach House

Beautiful house located on the beach block in Brigantine. We have been staying in Brigantine for years, and this was easily one of the nicest places we stayed. Plenty of room for our whole family. Great communication from the owner. Would stay again!

Great house in great location

We had a lot of fun going to the beach and having family meals together with our kids and grandkids. We road bikes everyday. We shared our vacation by visiting with my sister and her family on 29th street. Steve’s house had everything we needed for the week.

A great beach house

Our 3 adult children, their spouses and 3 grandchildren had a good time there. The setup was terrific as was the decor. Well supplied rental and helpful owners when a problem arose. Good location too. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Beach house

This is a great house for a stay at the beach. Close to the ocean and every amenity you can imagine. My wife and I, along with our two children and their kids had plenty of room. We all loved it.

60th Birthday Celebrations

Spectacular home Clean Inviting Space for everyone. The home accommodated 5 generations of us adults & teens & elementary school children. The oldest being 76. Close to the beach & AC activities.Beautiful views from the balconies. Although the weather was a bit chilly & rainy the children flew kites on the beach. I would definitely recommend this beach home for an amazing getaway to the shore.

Oh what a few nights … late December back in 23

A number of things to like about this property … prime location (close to Atlantic City, grocery store, liquor store) and the house itself (was able to accommodate 13 from 4 families). Our family got together to enjoy the holidays. Obviously not a prime time for tourists but was perfect for us. House was recently painted and some other work also being done so was in great shape.

Wonderful Home - Perfect Location

None of us had ever been to Brigantine, NJ before. We were looking for a house that could accommodate our large group and this place was perfect. We had more than enough room! They layout was perfect and the kitchen was well stocked with anything needed for cooking meals for a large group as well as linens for the beds and towels for the bathrooms. We hope to return to Brigantine soon, a very lovely place!"

A lot room in a beautiful place, near to the beach.

We easely stay 7 adults and 5 children. 7 minutes walk from the beach. (Bring your own beach cart if your loaded, few sand toys). Large kitchen, sitting for everybody. Wifi and bbq. Near Atlantic City. The master bedroom is just gigantic. Beach tags provided. Weather was hot and the waves just perfect. Lot of good time. Thanks from Montreal.

Summer 2023

All 12 of us enjoyed this large, three story, amazing home. It is better than the pictures. We came in from Illinois, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. It was great to not only have towels and linens but paper products too. There is a short, pleasant walk to the beach but no street to cross. There is a shopping center and a grocery store less than a mile away. I am hoping this property is available next year.

Great beach house

We just returned from a one week stay at Steve's wonderful beach house. There were plaenty of rooms for everyone, the house is tastfully decorated, ample deck space for grilling, relaxing and catching up with family. Beach is a short walk away, and Brigatine Beach is a rare gem for Jersey shore, soft sand and planty of shells to find. Every member of my family agreed that this was the best family reunion, we'll stay here again!!!! Thanks Steve. I have a receipt to send you, for filling a propane tank.

Perfect house for a family reunion

I can't express how much we enjoyed our vacation in Steve's house. It easily accommodated our whole family, which included 9 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of living area so we never felt cramped. The beach is very close. That made is easy to go back and forth to the house during the day. It was a pleasure to work with Steve. He answered all of my (hundreds) of questions quickly. Fabulous Girls Getaway

My girlfriends and I spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, clean and very accommodating home. Kitchen is spacious, bedrooms are comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing instead of going out. It was an extremely quiet home, kitchen is on the middle floor and for those who went to bed early they were not disturbed by the roaring laughter late into the evening. Steps from beach access - long walk to the water due to the beach being so large but it made for days as if we had the beach to ourselves. Cannot wait to make plans to stay again and make this an annual trip. It was exactly what we had hoped for.

Beautiful house, perfect for our family

This house was beautiful and very spacious. We had six adults and one child all week, with another adult for a few days and the 5bed/3baths was perfect. I do wish the floors were cleaner when we got there since my toddler is still in the let-me-put-everything-in-my-mouth stage and there’s a cleaning fee built into the reservation, but I know it’s a beach rental so the floors would have been dirty again pretty quickly anyway. Communication with Steve was great, the location of the house, the room sizes, the common spaces, the elevator for our elderly dog and unpacking/packing the cars, and the decks (the front decks were in shade in the afternoon and the back deck in shade in the morning) were perfect for us. We will definitely be back next year!

Great Getaway

Fantastic home for our family get away. Great way to celebrate Mom's 70th birthday! She loved every minute. Tons of space for our family, 8 adults and 4 kids. Kids had their own space downstairs playing games while the adults hung out upstairs. And the elevator was a major bonus! Moving in and out was a breeze....our family does not traveling lite! Did I mention great location? So close to AC, got in shopping, gambling, dinner, etc. Plus we found a shuttle service to AC for $4 per person! We didn't exactly have beach weather, but very close to the beach for summer time visitors! Thanks Steve for sharing this beautiful home!

Great place for a quiet getaway!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Steven's house! The house is spacious, and the beds are comfortable. We loved the many windows in the house which let in a lot of natural light. The three full bathrooms are great, especially the master bathroom with the jacuzzi. Also, there were enough tv's to cater to everyone's desire to watch various movies, shows and football games. The beach is a short walk down a path at the end of the street. We had fun playing on the beach and in the tidal pools even with the weather being a little chilly. The elevator was a big help when we were bringing in luggage and shopping bags. On this note, there is an Acme within about a 3 minute drive from the house along with a bunch of little restaurants which made planning meals very convenient. The drive to AC was only about 12 - 15 minutes, depending on traffic. We definitely enjoyed having a peaceful getaway in Brigantine, and Steven was very responsive to communications. In fact, after we left the house, my father realized he left his wallet behind. I was able to reach Steven quickly, and he then quickly alerted his cleaning staff who are now sending the wallet back to us. Thanks, Steven, for all of your courtesy, and for a great stay in your beautiful house!

Steve (owner) is fantastic, as is his property.

Let me first say that I cannot say enough good things about Steve, the owner of the beautiful beach house. He is incredibly friendly, and most important to me, responsive in communication. I am a very meticulous person, who always ensures that I "cover my bases" by doing due diligence before committing to a large purchase, and Steve was very cooperative in being communicative with me, which, in fact, was the main reason that I committed to book a vacation at his home as opposed to a very similar Brigantine Beach vacation home rental. I booked a weekend in September for a get-together of a group of guy relatives and friends. All of the guys were REALLY impressed with the place. Since we were all splitting the cost, they were incredibly pleased with how "pimp" the accommodations were. Also, to see how close of a walk the home was to the beach was amazing, especially for the price. If I would have booked at a hotel, it would have been nowhere remotely near as luxurious and roomy as Steve's house, and would have cost each guy virtually DOUBLE the price. In sum, do not hesitate to book a vacation with Steve. You will not be disappointed. I researched large Brigantine Beach rentals TO DEATH before finally committing to Steve, and I assure you that his home offers the best value for the price.

The Shark Park on 26th St. & Brigantine Ave is always a joy for the kids. a short 2 block walk or bike ride is the new Brigantine Community Education and Recreation center here you will find Tennis courts, basketball courts a baseball & football fields, 2 Street Hockey rinks, Skateboard Park , Bocce court, Soccer and much more!

Atlantic city is only a 5 minute drive over the Brigantine bridge enjoy the Casinos, AC boardwalk featuring Ripley's Believe It or Not! and Family amusement and theme park with rides also Tanger Outlet Centers offer 38 shopping outlet malls and more than 400 brand name factory outlet stores! we hope you enjoy your stay in this Pristine home.
