Relax and Refresh right on the lake!

A newly renovated home on the popular Greers Ferry Lake. Enjoy a quiet morning on the back porch.
Take a stroll down the path to the lake. If you have a Kayak/Paddle Board you can carry it right to the water. Fish from the bank or take your fishing boat out on the amazing Greers Ferry Lake. And yes, you can pull your pontoon or fishing boat right up on our shore. If you need a place for your boat, we have a boat house, on the property, where you can store your boat during your stay. Any questions feel free to reach out to us.
Enjoy watching your favorite movie/sports team on our giant 86-inch screen or playing board games.
Want to get out and about? You're not far from Sugar Loaf Mountain and majestic views. There are plenty of places to hike; or for a nice change and warmth, enjoy an old school bowling alley at Fairfield Lanes. There is something to be said for the small town feel of Greers Ferry!

This is the perfect place to relax! Loved the layout of the house. Super clean and Shannon was very sweet to answer any questions. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay!

Very nice spacious home for family or friends. Would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit this area. Can walk right down to the lake from the back porch which is nice. The host was very prompt in their response when I had any questions. House came stocked with all the essentials and some. I’ve stayed a multiple different VRBO’s and this is one of my favorites.

Peaceful, Welcoming, and Right on the Water

We had such a great experience at this lake house—it truly felt like a home. During our stay, we had 2–3 adults and 2 kids, with the adults rotating in and out. The space worked perfectly for our group. The downstairs theater room was a huge hit with the kids; they loved having their own spot to play video games after long days on the lake.The open kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the layout made it easy for everyone to gather. The back porch was a favorite spot to relax, with comfortable seating and ceiling fans that made it enjoyable even on warmer days.Lake access was a breeze—just a short, easy walk to the water's edge. I brought my stand-up paddleboard and was able to use it every day. It was such a peaceful and fun way to enjoy the lake.Early in our stay, we had a small issue with the dryer, but the owners responded quickly and took care of it right away. They were so kind and helpful—the kind of people you’d genuinely want to get to know.This trip was especially meaningful to me. It was my first time back to Arkansas in years—I'm currently living in California—so having this lake house as a home base made it easy for my friends and family in the area to come visit without having to travel far. Even better, we got to celebrate my birthday together in my favorite place: by the lake. It couldn’t have been more perfect.You can tell the owners truly care about the home and their guests. This property has undergone an extensive nine-month makeover -- top to bottom. New roof, HVAC, kitchen, bedrooms, ceilings and floors, furnishings and more. It is beautiful, comfortable, very clean and right on the lake.
