På 1900-talet började många invånare i Key West att hänvisa till sig själva som "Conchs", nu används denna term generellt för alla invånare i Key West. Detta fritidshus kallas Conch Cottage eftersom det omfattar hjärtat i Key West livsstil.

I hjärtat av Gamla stan med traditionell arkitektur fungerar detta hem som en perfekt lyx och semester. Närhet till allt som ön har att erbjuda, är Conch Cottage ett sovrum, ett badrum hem med ett komplett kök och bakdäck. Denna hyra är idealisk för ett par eller en enda gäst.

Detta hem är exakt vad du skulle föreställa dig! Från ingefära br��d funktioner till verandan sittgrupp och färgglad färg, är detta en perfekt plats för människor att titta på och koppla av när som helst på dygnet.

Conch Cottage är fullt möblerad och har ett helrenoverat, fullt utrustat kök med apparater i rostfritt stål. Bo- och matplatsen är ett öppet koncept. Det finns en platt-TV, kabel-TV och soffa. Det öppna utrymmet tillåter full utsikt över de franska dörrarna som leder till ditt privata bakdäck.

Sovrummet har en queen size-säng och en dörr till det privata bakdäck. Du kan stänga gardinerna för avskildhet eller låta solsken komma igenom.

Det bakre däcket har alla bekvämligheter du kan behöva. Utrymmet har en loungeavdelning, en sittgrupp utomhus med ett paraply och en grill. Detta kan fungera som en uteservering. Det nya spaet är ett annat sätt att detta däck är den ultimata platsen att koppla av, underhålla, grilla och leva som en lokal! En annan bonus är den privata utomhusduschen. Du kan glida bort, tillåta den tropiska brisen utan bekymmer, det finns fullständig integritet.

Om du vill ta ett dopp, har Key West ett samhällscentrum med en stor gemensam pool och ett däck med utsikt över Atlanten. Det finns också en park bredvid poolen, du kanske också vill ta en cykeltur i Truman Annex eller åka till trädkantade stränder i historiska Ft. Zachary Taylor. Conch Cottage är ett rökfritt hem.

Central Location in Old Town

Lovely, convenient, central location in Old Town. Do not need a car. Grocery store within 2 blocks. Restaurants, attractions very close to the cottage. 1 block from Duval Street.

Perfect little place to Relax

The place was convenient, perfect, cozy, very clean and easy to get into and out of. Great location, two blocks off of Duval Street, five blocks either end of the road Just great location to get around and see everything. It's. quiet setting, nice little backyard with a hot tub. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Key West Great Stay

Loved the property. Minutes from everything Key West. If we had any negative it would be no out front parking. But we had no trouble acquiring parking outside the reserved spots, it just required a block or two of walking. Great place though!

Funky Good Time!

The cottage was perfect! It was clean and super cozy. Bed soft and plenty of linens. The pouch swing was very romantic at night, sipping wine while watching people walk pass. I love the jacuzzi. Very clean. The trees and flowers gave an amazing ambiance and the outside shower was REAL SEXY! The property is minutes from Duval street. Every morning we walked to the cuban café for cartalitto. This was the perfect birthday gift from my husband. We will be booking again soon.

Perfect place for a couple or small family

We loved the Conch Cottage! Beautifully designed inside and out! The perfect use of the small space made it more than adequate. Close enough to walk or ride bikes to just about anywhere, But far enough off Duval to sleep soundly at night.

Great place

This was one of the best places we have stayed in keywest since we started we come 3 times a year roughly and hands down from the hot tub to the interior it has definitely left us wanting to come back. The only unfortunate down side is there is no parking. If your lucky there are spots that are free from midnight to 8 am.

Perfect location. Walkable to Duval street restaurants and shopping. Backyard patio very well done. No real grass area for dogs, but there’s a church yard right across the street that we used for potty breaks. Great communication with the company. Loved staying there!

The Conch House

Very nice property- good location- we recommend it to friends that have already booked it. The only disappointment was that we were e- mailed the wrong entry code. We called the contact & found the offices closed for the weekend. Someone did call back fairly quickly with correct code. Not a terrible thing but an important detail after a day of traveling.

Great vacation

My wife and I went down for our first time to key West and the property couldn't have been in a better spot. Basically within walking distance of everything but far enough away to "be away". From inside and out the cottage is great. The back patio is perfect to just relax and the cottage really has absolutely everything you would need. Find a paid lot to park your car and take in key West...we didn't get back in ours until the morning we left. Just grab a coffee pay your parking and you can do the loop in about a 5-10min walk
