Solaris Cottage, som ligger på en av Key West mest privata långsamma banor, byggdes för dig. Vi garanterar att det ögonblick du går ut på verandan och in i det svala, soldubbade vardagsrummet kommer din stress att falla bort och din kreativitet kommer att sväva.

Detta hem är hundvänligt. En (1) hund tillåten, upp till 25 kg. Måste vara 1 år eller äldre. Måste vara spayed / neutraliserad. Alla vaccinationer är aktuella. Var vänlig informera om några raser är inte tillåtna.

Denna en-sovrum, en-bad enhet ligger på en liten lane och är en perfekt och rymlig reträtt för en till två vuxna. Solaris Cottage är en konstnärs stuga - för riktigt. Dess ägare är en nationellt erkänd konstnär och några av hennes verk visas i stugan.

Ligger ett och ett halvt kvarter från Duval Street. Inget behov av bil, en lugn promenad och du är bara där du vill vara.

Köket har en full storlek kylskåp och en 4 brännare gasspis, mixer, mikrovågsugn och en brödrost. Vardagsrummet har en bekväm soffa med chaise, tv med kabel och gratis wifi. Stort matbord för både restauranger och för att ställa in din bärbara dator. Drottning sovrummet är tyst och bekvämt. Badrummet har en badkar / dusch kombination. Öppna dörrarna från ditt sovrum och gå ut på sidan gemensamt däckomr��de under det jätte Banyan-trädet. Steg utanför köksdörren och du hittar infrarödgrillen och tvättmaskinen och tvättmaskinen.

PARKERING:

Tyvärr finns det ingen särskild parkering för denna hyra. Det finns dock vanligtvis parkering på närliggande sidogator i Petronia St och Angela St. Se till att du inte parkerar på några platser som är märkta "bostäder" eller du kan vara biljettförsedd

Great property, quiet lane close to everything

Very nice, spacious property, fully stocked. laundry available. Clean, TV and wifi, keyless entry. Host was very communicative and friendly. I will definitely be back, also have recommended HKWR to friends and family.

Cozy, close to action

We loved the house. The neighborhood was great. Lots of fun action in town, a 2 minute walk away. We rented bikes and explored the island. Perfect getaway from the cold north.

wonderful rental on a quiet street

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The description of the property was accurate. It is on a very quiet street but within walking distance to the fun of Duval Street and the beaches. We did not bother with renting a car and just walked to everything on Key West. The bed was comfortable, and everything was in working order. There are roosters, but they are all over the island, so not a complaint on the rental. That is just an overall heads up if traveling to Key West. We got used to them within a couple of nights, and they do quiet down. The property owner was awesome. Loved the concierge service. Made planning and booking things so easy!! Highly recommend this place.

Great location.

The location was good. While I’d like to give this a 5 I can’t! The living room furniture is so uncomfortable that I would not stay here again. Beds were fine. Please consider changing the furniture!

Beautiful quiet place near everything!!

This property is perfect for a couple to stay. It is quiet, cozy, and romantic. The property is also close to Duval St, and most everything is within walking distance. We didn't rent a car for the whole trip. The property owners have great communication and are quick to respond. We will most definitely be coming back!!!

Very clean, nicely decorated cottage just steps from all the action on Duval Street and beyond. Quiet neighborhood, great location! We did not need a car at all! Wonderful!

Cozy Hide-a-way

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this cute and comfy rental, that was tucked away on a side street, just a couple from the action on Duval St. We enjoyed the front porch every day, sipping coffee/drinks, reading quietly, made possible by the privacy fence and bushes. We used the kitchen every day, perfect for starting and ending our days with home cooked meals. Although we never did use it, there is a cute courtyard out back with grill, table/chairs. The air conditioning kept us nice and cool. The shower felt great each day. During the day we roamed around the city, taking in the sights, hit the beach, checked out local preserves, sipped at the local watering holes. There are plenty of touristy things to do, such as museums, trolley, conch train, drag shows... and more shopping than you can imagine. As for parking, it was easy and we scored a spot right around the corner every day, just steps from the rental. Need to know: the neighborhood rooster makes his presence known each morning; however the broom on the front porch will help to shoo him away. Pack your bag, stop to get groceries and you’re good to go!

Nice bungalow in a good location

Nice property and good location to the main areas. The check-in/check-out process was easy and the property was clean and welcoming upon arrival. The "fees" outside of the nightly rate were a little high but we enjoyed ourselves! Recommended.
