Med två Master Suites med skräddarsydda designade och handskurna KING size-sängar, en QUEEN-säng En-Suite som kan användas ensam eller som en familjesvit med det intilliggande våningssängrummet. Great house! Very large, comfy, beautiful decor and an outstanding view! The whole house was well appointed and spacious. Kitchen had a great layout and well stocked with dishes and anything you need for cooking. Wi-fi worked perfectly. The house was easy to find and a very close drive into town for shopping and restaurants, and 15 minute drive to the lake. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Very kind and professional.

Best yet in Page

My family has visited Lake Powell for many years and renting the past few. The Kokopeli House was by far, the best yet for a family rental. The home is beautiful with spectacular views as well as plenty of space for everyone to gather or separate for some quiet time. The location is very central to lake access, tour sites and town.We will definitely come back here again!

Kokopelli house view was worth every penny. Sitting in the hot tub, looking over Page and Lake Powell was magnificent. The home was the perfect setting for wonderful sunset viewing. Loved our stay.

Simply Amazing

Listing description perfect - enchanting and luxurious with panoramic views. the pictures do not do it justice. Upon entering the home, you can tell the owners put a great deal of love and effort into the design/layout and decor. Kitchen well stocked, beds remarkably comfortable, almost every room has an amazing view, and patio/deck/pool/hot tub with wonderful landscaping the cherry on top. Beautiful hiking trails just out the back door and its just a short drive from antelope canyons. Communication with property manager excellent. I cannot say enough great things. Would definitely return.

Wonderful stay for a large group!

Beautiful property! Great location and amazing view. Well appointed home. Jacuzzi and pool are wonderful. Check in process was seamless and Tim was very responsive attentive when we had questions/needs. The game room was so fun. The only negatives of the experience were that the beds and pillows were quite stiff which is not our taste and the pool cues were usable but the tips were broken and the backs were jiggly, but other than that this was a 5-star experience.

Wonderful family stay

We so enjoyed our stay at the kokopelli house. Upon arrival the house is more beautiful than the picture’s display. The views were spectacular in the backyard and from the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone and all the comforts we needed. We enjoy cooking, so the fully equipped kitchen with lots of counter space was perfect for all our evening meals. Even our hard to please teenagers enjoyed their stay thanks to the huge game room with a pool table and fooseball. The owner was very communicative and gave us all the information necessary. The only thing I regret is not staying here longer!

Even better than the photos!! Blown away! Could not have been more pleased!!

I’ve been trying to book this property for many years now around my birthday, Easter/Spring Break & bring our kids. We could never seem to snag in time! I was finally able to get it for 4 nights on a Sun-Thurs to celebrate my 40th bday with my fiancée, sister, best friends and their spouses. It truly is somehow better than the photos. It does not feel like a VRBO, and I say that bc most I’ve stayed in are not up to par with hotels & feel rundown & never fully clean. Kokopelli feels brand new & every inch was pristine and immaculate. I can’t say enough about how clean it was because this typically bugs me with VRBOs. They have thought of everything! We stayed in the “master” downstairs, but it was a tough choice bc all 3 of the larger bedrooms have incredible views. From the pictures I thought the game room was downstairs in a basement, but it is upstairs & very spacious/open. There is plenty of room in the home and the layout such that 4 couples all felt like we could have downtime/quiet time & relax when needed. Tim (on-site contact) was excellent & quick to respond at all times. Kitchen is very well appointed with anything you may need. My only recommendation was that we wanted to use the main fireplace, but I can understand why it wasn’t setup for April. Other suggestion is a bigger TV for family/living room. I know most people don’t come to watch TV, but we are pretty big sports fans & wanted to watch the NBA playoffs. Also ask about setting up yoga on site & massages!

BEST HOUSE IN PAGE!

The Kokopelli House was absolutely fantastic! The views from every room were breathtaking. The house is thoughtfully appointed with exqusite detail. Communication with the host was excellent and the host went beond our expectation to accomodate our needs. We will absolutely stay here again when coming to northern AZ in the future! Perfect Stay

The pictures do feel misleading-they didn't even come close to showcasing the beauty of the backyard layout. The proximity of the rim trail was an added bonus-perfect for early morning and evening walks. The communication with the hosts was easy and helpful. We will def be back! 10/10

Family trip

The property is gorgeous! The house itself is like a work of art. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and the views are amazing. We all enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool during the day and the game room at night. The proximity to shopping and the golf course were ideal. The property manager was polite and very responsive with any questions we had. Staying at the house was a highlight of the whole trip!

With a new vacation home we look forward to ATV'ing, mountain biking, running the RIM trail and exploring the Great Circle!

Owning a houseboat at Wahweap and having been captivated by the Lake and the surrounding desert for 40 years, we wanted to create a very southwestern vacation home experience to share with family, friends and guests. When this unique home with its unmatched vistas became available, I knew it would be perfect for a vacation home. After a $6500,000 remodel including POOL OF THE YEAR, the Kokopelli house is 4400 sf on over an acre overlooking the Lake with three master suites and a killer view, it was an ideal choice. We will continue to houseboat but will also now be able to base out of a Lake Powell-Page home and explore the endless desert adventures by land or just BBQ and entertain family and friends on the kitchen patio overlooking the while enjoying the awesome views! Our Razor is in the garage and ready to go!
We have been in the Vacation Rental industry for over 35 years, with our first rental in 1989. Since that time we have added to our luxury vacation home portfolio with each custom, luxury, elegant and multimillon dollar properties. Each person designed and built or extensively remodeled each home or condo and subsequently began sharing these with guests, family and friends.

We personally manage all of our homes. For nearly 40 years I traveled the world extensively as a 747 captain. During that time I have learned discerning guests prefer when on a luxury vacation, which has been incorporated in all of our homes and is the ethos of our property management business.

Restaurants, shops and entertainment are just blocks away while the home sits on the edge of a mesa unobstructed and the Lake and the Colorado are just minutes away. The RIM trail is immediately adjacent to the property. Spectacular views, in an awesome desert setting, in a luxurious home in a great location says it all!
