The Master bathroom provides an oversized bathtub with an adjacent open walk-in shower and 2 vanities with individual sinks. Large open kitchen, dining and living room. Oversized garage perfect for parking boat/boat trailer and vehicle.

You can adventure out just a few steps from the house to the Rim View Trail and Grandview Overlook. Close to restaurants and shopping. Approximately 2 miles to town center. The Grand Canyon and several other National Parks are just a 2 hour drive away...an easy day trip.

Enjoy swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, or laying in the sun all while viewing the magnificent landscapes only seen at Lake Powell.

Page Days

This is a great property - will suited for large family groups. The house and facilities are all that is needed and more. The location is wonderful - walk out the back yard and hike for as long as you would like - seeing great sights, finding cool rocks, some scat, but animals are few and far between.

Vacay after conference

We had 4 couples that came from a conference in LV to visit and hike around Lake Powell. The home was perfect for us, we all had our own private bedrooms and bathrooms. The view was stunning! Can see lake powell from the back windows. It was cold while we were there, so only one of us used the hot tub. It was nice to have the options to swim or soak in the hot tub after our hikes. The home was well stocked - had everything we needed - from towels to pans. We even prepared some meals at the home. We would highly recommend this place.from the back windows

Beautiful view, spacious house & new hot tub

This house surpassed all of our expectations. We were visiting Antelope Canyon and the Page area with friends and this house was perfect in every way. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, and there was plenty of living space and private space. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The kitchen is also well stocked with spices, condiments, olive oil, etc so we cooked breakfast and lunch every day. Deedee answered all questions quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Little piece of heaven

This house was even better than we had anticipated!! From the great garage with bonus room to each bedroom with its own bathroom everyone had a place of their own to retreat to after a long day of exploring! The pool and hot tub were amazing and the views breathtaking! We miss it already-thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Disappointing

Check in, neighbor hood, and view were good. Started with brick that had fallen off front of house. Inside was cleaned ok but many spider webs, and a lot of beetle looking water bugs throughout the house. We have had homes in Fl and Az and know that bugs can be a nuisance, however it is evident this house needs to be professionally treated. There was a lot of construction mess for a home that has had reviews for the last year so which is what we based our home selection on. The missing hot tub was a disappointment. While it is unavoidable people unfamiliar with pools and their equipment will find themselves swimming in daily red dirt. The house could be a nice vacation home if it was better maintained. For the price, and the work needed, would not rent this home again

The house was in a great location and had everything we needed. Manager was easy to get a hold of. Loved walking out the back to go on a hike. Views are spectacular.

Amazing House

We had a great stay at this property! The house is perfect for large groups. The view from the back porch is stunning. There are easy walking trails accessible right behind the house. We were about five minutes from the nearest grocery store/gas station. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. Overall, amazing experience!

Girls getaway

Beautiful home with amazing views and hiking just outside the door. 5-15 min from downtown Page, antelope canyon, horseshoe bend, Glen Canyon Dam, and Antelope marina. Hot tub and pool perfectly situated in the back yard overlooking lake Powell. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Home Base

Our family stayed at this property over Labor Day weekend 2023. We wanted a place to stay in Page so that we could relax but also enjoy Lake Powell and the surrounding area. The huge garage allowed us to store our boat indoors, which was great as we had a massive thunderstorm during our stay. The pool and hot tub were relaxing with a picture-perfect view of Lake Powell and Arizona’s high desert landscape. The well-appointed kitchen allowed us to cook and serve food quickly and easily. Deedee was accessible, responsive and accommodating. We had a great time…thank you!

Top of the line everything

This property features top of the line appliances, furnishings, location, view, etc. We were in awe walking in the first time. Couldn't have enjoyed our stay here more. Particularly liked the trail access right off the back of the house. Perfect for pre-dawn walks and sunset exploration. Photos in the listing don't do justice to the views.

Great Place for Base Camp

My Family of 7 really enjoyed our stay here. It is very centrally located and the views out the back are spectacular. The home itself is very well maintained and everything was as advertised. The owner was super responsive to every communication. Overall great experience and well worth the money..

Excellent house for family

Our family really enjoyed staying at this beautiful home in Page. We opted for a home rental instead of a houseboat this trip and it did not disappoint. The home was spacious, clean and a perfect layout for a large family. Would definitely recommend !!

Location was superb!

The views from the house were breathtaking! The house was beautiful and had all our needs met. The pictures online do not give an accurate picture of how beautiful the location is. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Beautiful Property

Stayed for a long girl's weekend, and the house was amazing. Great layout and lots of room for everyone. Sunsets in the morning were beautiful. House also had many basic amenities, like spices, condiments, and snacks, which is so helpful! The welcome book had lots of recommendations for the area. Perfect location with a walking trail in the backyard. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great house. Unfortunate pool/spa experience.

3 night stay. Well appointed, clean house with fun extras like ping pong table and games. Lots of space to stretch out. Comfy beds and kitchen well stocked with cookware. Two sets of washer/driers. Great fit for 2 families. Nice view as well! Issue was the hot tub/pool. After a few swims, a couple of our kids chose to not use the pool/spa anymore due to very tender, itchy skin. We got busy with other Page activities so the pool wasn't really used much until the last evening, when adults got in the hot tub for the first time. (We texted Deedee about the cold spa. Like prior reviewer, "jets” heater button wasn’t working. She heated it remotely right away.) After getting out we noticed very itchy, dry skin and the ladies noticed our swimsuits were actually bleached in the torso areas where they were submerged in the water. It was late, so I sent DeeDee a text in the morning, upon departure, about the skin issues (one boy's skin was now peeling) and included a couple pictures of our obviously bleached swimsuits. She replied, “Wow! Thanks for letting me know. Never happened before. My apologies. He's really very good.” Referring to pool guy. I rent out a couple of homes, so I understand things happen and keeping a pool can be tricky. But DeeDee's cool indifference towards a chemical spike that caused major skin irritation and ruined several swimsuits was really surprising. I don't like to make a stink, or trash number of stars, so giving 4. But, bad ending.

Newer Home in a Great Location with Amazing Views!

The house was spacious but very comfortable, and the location and views were amazing! We enjoyed bringing our Polaris RZR’s and exploring all the trails that Page & Utah had to offer. Dee Dee was a great communicator who responded quickly when we had questions. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous views in a high-end modern home

High-end finishes and supplies. Really enjoyed the space and kids enjoyed the game room. Views from porch and hot tub are killer. Access to hiking trails behind home we’re awesome. Would definitely rent again.

Grand Canyon Trip

Property was in great location for hiking right in the back yard, to Horshoe Bend, and to the Grand Canyon (about 2 hours). Game room terrific for our kids. House beautiful with awesome views. Hot tub and pool used daily. Deedee was amazing. Super close to grocery shopping. Local restaurants also great. Highly recommend.
