If you need an air mattress or porta crib please request in advance so we can bring to your unit.No pets left alone in house unless crated No pets on furniture (we provide a couch cover in the pet basket) Pets must be on leash when outside of property Pet waste must be cleaned up immediately (bags are provided in pet baskets)Events are not allowed.Smoking is allowed outside.Stand-alone A/C unit.Guests will find 2 washers and 2 dryers available in the laundry room on site and are free to use. Soap is not guaranteed but if there is some in the laundry room feel free to use it.Please know we are working diligently with a pest control company to keep mice outside where they belong. Keep in mind that we are invading their space out in the country and they are just looking for a warm place to live. We apologize for any concern this may cause you.
