Spend a day soaking up the sun and playing in the waves on the beautiful sandy shores of Rehoboth Beach, take a leisurely walk or bike ride along the iconic Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, or explore the unique boutiques, galleries, and specialty shops in downtown Rehoboth Beach. Other must-visit attractions include Midway Speedway Park, Cape Henlopen State Park, and Rehoboth Beach Museum.

When you enter this charming escape, you are welcomed by an inviting living room, offering a great spot to lounge and create everlasting memories with your loved ones. Curl up on your favorite sofa and watch an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV (streaming only; no cable), or break out any of the amusing board games for a thrilling evening at home. The well-appointed kitchen offers all the major appliances and essentials to prepare exquisite homemade meals. Attached to the kitchen is the garage, where you will discover a mini Ping-Pong table, a dart board, cornhole tables, two adult bikes, basketballs for shooting hoops on the home's basketball hoop, and all the beach gear available (four adult and four childrens' beach chairs, two umbrellas, a cooler, a beach cart, beach toys, and games).

Outside, the home enjoys a spacious fenced backyard, providing ample space for children to run and play while adults relax and supervise. Let kids play in the on-site playground while the grilling master treats everyone to delicious grilled burgers and hot dogs using the gas grill available. Then, when the sun sets, gather around the firepit for some storytelling while roasting s'mores. Additional perks include children's games, toys, and books, and a washer/dryer.

Things to Know
Maplewood Community has scheduled road work between September 16 and September 23, 2024. During which time, roads throughout the community will have closures and/or detours, which could impact guests' access to the driveway of the rental home.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside of this property.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
