Piper Cottage - 100 steg till stranden - Privat dÀck och trÀdgÄrden

Piper stuga ligger bara fyra hus och 100 steg frÄn stranden i hjÀrtat av Dewey!

Ljus och ljus med kustnÀra inredning. TrÀgolv, mattor, nytt kök och badrum. Stora privata dÀck med fina utemöbler och grill.

TvÄ sovrum, en dubbelsÀng och den andra med tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Av gatuparkering för en bil i delad uppfart. Denna stuga ligger pÄ en hel del med tvÄ andra stugor och Àr undangömt frÄn gatan i en liten privat trÀdgÄrd.

Du kan gÄ till allt i stan ... restauranger, kafé i slutet av gatan, barer, stadspark, shopping, nöjen, eller ta den lokala open air "Jolly Trolly" i slutet av din gata pÄ en tre minuters resa till Rehoboth StrÀcka.

Veckouthyrning bara juni-1 september. Under sommarmÄnaderna finns det inga helgen hyror. För helgen hyror i lÄgsÀsong, kontakta oss.

Uthyrning Àr lördag till lördag Incheckning pÄ 3:00, Utcheckning kl 10:00. HyresgÀsterna ta med lakan, handdukar och pappersprodukter. $ 400 deposition krÀvs med uthyrning. HÀlften betalning sju dagar frÄn mottagandet av hyresavtalet, resterande belopp 45 dagar före uthyrning.

Great Location

If you are looking for a simple convenient traditional Dewey Beach cottage, this is the place for you. The cottage had just the right amount of space, and all the basics. Owner was easy to communicate with.

Relaxing and Chill at Dewey Beach

Piper cottage is just steps to the sand, very clean and awesome place to visit. The property owner is very nice and easy going. I totally will visit again!

Great little cottage! Description was spot on and location was was great. The only add part- which wasn’t a problem for us was the shared driveway.. you never know who you get in the 2 other properties that share the space- they were a little less flexible. 10/10 would rent again.

Quick trip to beach

The owner Dave was very communicative, checking in with us to see if things were okay. The house is steps from the beach which is exactly what we wanted. Everything was clean and plenty of items in the kitchen. We had a wonderful time.

Cozy by the Sea

Piper Cottage is great! It is in a perfect location so close to the beach. We spent most of our time at the beach, and it was very easy to walk back to the house for lunch or a break. It's very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway

I had a very nice stay for Memorial Day with my family and our dog. This was the perfect location, just a few minutes from the beach. We were able to let our dog run on the beach every morning and every evening. The parking is tandem style, so you need to coordinate with the person in the unit next-door, but it worked out fine since we both stayed put most of the time. If easy access to the beach and restaurants are your main priority, and living room and kitchen size are not too important, this is the place to stay.

July 4th family vacation

Long weekend getaway

This is the second time that we (and our golden retriever) have stayed here. The cottage is close to the beach, well stocked and well maintained. Dave is nice to work with and easy to reach if needed. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Cottage feels like home

Paradise by the sea

Dave was an amazing host. He checked in with me when I first arrived and midway through the week just to make sure I had everything I needed. His home is so charming and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house is fully equipped and convenient to everything Dewey has to offer. BTW, you can take your dog onto the beach before 930am and after 530pm during season. George & I definitely will be returning next year

Next Trip

I would like VRBO to find me a 3-5 day rental in the Rehoboth/Dewey Beach are that has an ocean view and is on the ocean. The walking distance to beach is ok but I would prefer to be on the beach with an ocean view.

Can't Wait to go Back

Super cute little cottage. More than enough room for me and my two pups. I loved that we could walk right to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Dave made the reservations, check-in, and check-out processes really easy. I can't wait to go back!

Cozy little cottage

We just loved Piper cottage. It was cozy and comfortable- and in a great location. We walked to the beach and to restaurants in 5 minutes. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a non-hotel experience. Our little dog loved the yard and deck. On our next trip to Dewey, that is where I want to stay!
