New Listing - You'll be Another Happy Clam at this beautiful four-bedroom, two-bath home in the private, beachfront community of DeSoto Landing. Enjoy the incredible perks of this location and save some clams while you do! Another Happy Clam is just a short walk from the community beach boardwalk, the POOL, and the tennis court! Take advantage of the boardwalk for easy beach access to miles of Dauphin Island's sugar sand shoreline. Take a dip in the community pool or bring your racket and challenge your partner to a game of tennis at the nearby court.

Comfortable and well-equipped, Another Happy Clam has a great layout to fit your family's needs. Arriving at Another Happy Clam, you'll find ample parking for four vehicles, a covered entry, and a lovely covered deck. A bonus outdoor dining table is also available in the shady area underneath the home - a perfect spot to serve the kids lunch or snacks between trips to the pool or beach.
The interior of Another Happy Clam is arranged with your comfort in mind. The living area is spacious, with ample seating for movie nights or gathering for great conversations. Meal prep will be a breeze in the well-equipped kitchen. Stocked with all your dishware and cookware, Another Happy Clam also has a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, crockpot, electric mixer, and bakeware!
The master bedroom located off of the living room has a King bed and a private full bath and walk-in closet. There is also a second full bath, conveniently off of the hallway leading to the other three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with Queen beds, and the final fourth bedroom with two twin bunk beds. The bedrooms are equipped with streaming TV's. Xfinity's high-speed Wi-Fi lets you connect to your favorite apps, streaming services, and games.
Another Happy Clam is also pet-friendly! Save the hassle of lining up a pet sitter or the expense of boarding and bring your family dog to the beach! Up to 2 dogs are allowed for only $100 per dog pet fee. (Pet owners are required to abide by the Town of Dauphin Island's Good Neighbor Pet Policy. Pets must be on a leash when outdoors; pet owners must pick up after pets; pets should be on their best behavior and not loud or aggressive. Pets are not allowed past the western terminus of Bienville Blvd, where bird nesting habitat is protected).
DeSoto Landing and Town of Dauphin Island Good Neighbor rules apply. No boat trailers or RVs are allowed in DeSoto Landing, all reservations require a 7 night minimum.
