this great place is located in one of the best areas in ibiza known as botafoch...you have everything just walking distance - talamanca beach, ibiza town, pacha club, lio, ibiza grand hotel, cipriani, supermarkets, restaurants...and much more!!

big 2 bedroom apartment in ibiza, this is not a vacational rental apt so its available for monthly stays or longer only
place has two bedrooms (one with double bed 1.50mt the other with a single bed 90cm, living room with large sofa flat screen tv, table with chairs, separate fully equipped kitchen.
apartment is about 80 square meters big and it has two huge outdoors terraces of 40m2 each both furnished and it has white glass installed all around for privacy and security.
location its great, just around 13 minutes walking distance to ibiza town and harbor and only 5 minutes walking distance to Talamanca beach,
2 minutes to ibiza grand hotel (5 starts hotel) and Lio and
many other restaurants and bars &very well-known clubs
place its furnished and well equipped with hi speed wi-fi internet, flat screen tv, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning and everything is brand new,
there's swimming pool and parking space right in front of building
