Host was attentive and addressed questions and concerns quickly. House is a connected unit which wasn’t abundantly clear at the time of booking which lead to some unwanted noise from neighbors. Great place to stay overall and cheap Ubers/taxis to Broadway

Booked this house for my fiancé and his bachelor party. He said the photos and listing were completely falsely advertised. The house is much smaller than the photos depict. They also said it was filthy, which is unfortunate given the 1500 security deposit they took. The pool is so dirty it shouldn't be used. The hot tub was filthy. The entire outdoor space was falling apart. The fridge was leaking constantly. All the furniture was stained and dirty. And it is absolutely not a reasonable, walkable distance from Broadway. I will say, the amount of beds did accommodate their large group, but that was about all that went right. Way over priced for what you actually get. Pretty upsetting.

I am giving this 5 stars because of the great communication, ease of check-in and it was modern and clean. However, take into consideration that this is a great property for a celebration for a group - bachelor/bachelorette party, etc. and deserves to be treated with respect. It is clean and nice but there is definitely wear and tear on the furniture indoors and out. Still an overall great experience for our group of young adults. Bring flip flops or sandals to enjoy the outdoor space. It is rocked for low maintenance.

There is construction across the street. We were in town for a conference so we got up early and it didn’t affect us much. It was a 15 minute walk to Broadway but an easy walk. The house was clean, but yes there were stains on the furniture. As far as previous comments about lack of hot water. Start the shower a few minutes before you get in and you will have plenty of hot water. Owner was always responsive to any questions we had. Great sports bar/restaurant a block away from the house that we went too as well.

PROS: The location was the best. Only a few blocks to Broadway. The amount of room for 8 women to sleep was also good.CONS: The advertising made it look like we were to have the whole location to ourselves. We were surprised when we got there to find out that we were sharing various outside areas with about 4 other units. Our "patio" area was very rundown and they had a "stock tank" pool that did not look like it had been cleaned at all and had large rocks in it. There was a leftover bikini top under the bed and some of the sheets on the beds had stains. There was no hot water on our third morning. I have rented many VRBO's and was very disappointed in this one from the false advertising to the cleanliness.

This condo met all our needs. There were 6 of us. Comfy beds and nice bathrooms for each couple. It was in a relatively quiet location but there is a train track right behind the building but fortunately this didn’t bother us too much. I love that there were dark out curtains in each room. There are 5 or more units in the whole building and at least 4 of them have their own private backyard oasis as well as a shared space with bar surrounding a barbecue. There is also a sauna in the shared space, but we were not able to use it for some reason.It was in a good location to walk to Broadway - approximately 15 minutes and closer still to Printers Alley. One of our guests cannot walk too far but this location was great. The owner is very responsive. The check- and checkout process is easy.

Close to Everything!

Perfect for our 4 generation visit. Bunkroom was exactly what we needed for our kids and grandkids.Loved the layout of the flat. Everyone had plenty of space. We were there during the week. Neighborhood was nice and quiet after dark even with being walking distances to downtown. Impressive!!

This rental was a major disappointment. The property did not look like the listing photos and felt much more worn and dated in person. The photos were misleading and created expectations that were not met upon arrival.The living room furniture was noticeably stained, which made the space feel unclean and poorly maintained. In addition, there was a train line directly behind the rental, resulting in frequent noise that disrupted our stay. There was also active construction across the street, creating additional noise and disturbance during the day.Had the listing accurately reflected the condition of the property and the surrounding environment, we would have made a different decision. Between the misleading photos, stained furniture, train noise, and nearby construction, this rental did not provide the experience we expected and would not stay here again.

Upon arrival to the place the cleanliness of the place was an immediate issue. The floors were dirty looked like it wasn’t mopped from the last stay. The furniture was all stained. I found an empty soda can under my bed. The bedding was all stained requiring me to clean my own bedding upon arrival. During my stay we had an emergency the hot water heater went out and left us with freezing cold water and when we tried to get in touch with the host there was no response, no call back nothing. I had infants in the house and there was no call back. I was heavily disappointed in my stay.

The property is great for gatherings of 10 folks and it is a reasonable walk to broadway. Beds were great, 4 bathrooms a huge plus, and the house design was conducive to hanging out indoors when it was raining.Improvements: toilets are wobbly and the seats were very loose. Plan to bring solo cups. Types of cups were limited, silverware was very sparse. I’d suggest buying plastic ware. However there are plenty of plates.The cookware was odd. The pan handles needed to be screwed, almost fell off. Pans are also dented. Looks like they’ve been through battle. Also, no cookie sheet for using the oven. Outdoor space was odd. Pictures are deceiving. The property pool was a cowboy trough that was not cleaned. It’s also not fully pictured but a neighbors pool is pictured in some photos. Patio furniture is falling apart but it worked. Definitely not close to what was expected. Buyer beware the creative writing and photos.Overall: I would give the property a 3.5. It is what it is. Ubers were easy to get, close ride to airport, and broadway is fairly close. Plan ahead and buy your supplies and it will be a great space. We would consider again for a large group adventure to broadway. Primarily just disappointed with the outdoor space. Hosts were fantastic and timely with responses.

Easy Walkabout of Nashville

This is a great value for location in Nashville. Our group had 12 people and we all were comfortable, bathrooms & bedrooms accommodated us all. Hot Tub & outdoor seating area was fun to get some sun & relax before going out, or when you get back! Located next to a road but very, very quiet. Open concept layout allowed for fun with the group (plenty of seating, TV, pool table, big island were all utilized). Easy walk to Broadway, Printer's Alley, Farmers Market, other downtown locations. We felt safe walking to & from all of the locations during all hours of the day & night (including late at night). Very clean, property manager was very prompt in communicating. Amenities worked well. Great value for location.

The kitchen was not stocked with pots and pans appropriate for a place sleeping this many people. There was not even one 8x12 pan to make a casserole, no large frying pans to make breakfast, etc. The internet was VERY hit and miss. Would be impossible to work from from it on a laptop. The TV could only hold signal about 50% of the time.

When we arrived the cleaning crew still had trash and dirty laundry outside the door, so we were unsure if they were completed. Upon entering the premises it was clear that they had not vacuumed or swept the floors. In addition the furniture in the main living area was unclean. The outdoor pool and hot tub area had screws and trash scattered about, where one would naturally be walking barefoot. The hot tub appeared dirty, and the pool had a substance in it that adhered to your skin and swimwear (which ruined most swim clothes). The cookware was very limited and low quality. There were multiple places where prior quest decorations had damanged or tape had been left on the walls. The owner offered only to have someone come walk through or vacuum after our stay already began. He seemed unbothered by our frustration overall. Plus side, there are many things nearby that are walkable from this property. If they could update worn items and actually clean this would be a great location.
