Cabin in Lincoln

We loved the location and layout of the house. Three roomy bedrooms, all equipped with fans since there is no AC. It was hot the first days we were there, so we had to open windows and let air in. Upstairs bedroom is warm. Otherwise, comfortable and very attractive, good location. The management was very helpful when one of our kids left their Air Pods in the house. We loved our stay!

Perfect getaway

Spacious, clean, and comfortable! We loved the loft area for kids to play and watch movies, the big dining table and couch for evening hang outs, and so many fun things to do nearby. The space was super clean and the fresh linens and towels made it feel so comfortable. Everything we needed for cooking was available in the kitchen, and the laundry was a huge plus. Also loved the spacious entryway to store bags and outdoor gear, and the close parking spots made moving in and out very easy. Thanks for having us - we can’t wait to come back next year!

Very nice condo not very clean

Nicely setup for a family visit other than not being cleaned well. Master shower shower head is not supported inside the wall so the head is just swinging when you touch it… will be leaking soon!

Great location

Loved the location and super clean-plenty of space . Rasy to get to town, Loon Mountain, the notch, other excursions. Perfect layout for a family of 4! Able to store all we needed for a weekend of outdoor fun. Only gripe- masterbedroom is on the 3rd foor which desperately needs some sort of air conditoning for summer months. Kitchen/livingroom were manageable (still warm) temp, Lower level bedrooms were perfect temp due to being basement level. Lots of fans provided but still uncomfortable sleeping and getting ready for dinner. BUT still thought it was a fantastic, quiet place to stay. Lots of kitchen items and loved the starter soaps (kitchen, dishwasher, body, shampoo/conditioner) helped tremendously! Will def book again!

1 star service, 3 star property, 5 star location

VERY disappointed in the “service” level for this reservation, not due to VRBO (where the booking was made), but due to Vacasa (the host/management company.). This home was listed with air conditioning - however that is only partially true. This is a split level duplex with three levels. There is an air conditioning window unit in the master bedroom on the third level. This is to cool the entire home, which is insufficient when it’s hot outside - such as during our stay. I reached out to the host (Vacasa) only to be told that the listing was correct on ‘their’ website (this is NOT where the reservation was booked), and they couldn’t do anything about an incorrect listing at VRBO (the site where the reservation WAS booked). After reaching out to VRBO, and on a conference line with both VRBO and Vacasa customer service on the line - VRBO made it clear that it was the responsibility of the host (Vacasa) for correct listings on VRBO. VRBO told Vacasa to either move us to a property with the correct amenities or to refund our unused nights. Vacasa did neither and continued to deny that it was their incorrect listing causing the issue. I spent several hours on the phone trying to get this issue resolved. I get it, mistakes happen. All Vacasa had to do here was to move us to another home with the correct amenities and move on. Instead, they buried their head in the sand and denied any assistance for us to remedy the iss

Very well setup condo for a family

The condo was well setup for a family stay and updated nicely but had dried food on living room floor and a used bandage sitting on a nightstand in my daughters bedroom. Place wasn’t vacuumed, but besides the cleanliness issue it was a very nicely situated condo.
