Njut av en vistelse i Vita bergen på Village of Loon radhus med vintern utsikt över skidbackarna på Loon Mountain. På entréplanet av detta hus hittar du ett sovrum med en uppsättning våningssängar och en dubbelsäng. Det finns ett komplett badrum ligger strax utanför sovrummet dörren. Nedervåningen är en sittgrupp med en platt-TV och en drottning storlek Murphy säng. Precis utanför sittgrupp är det största sovrummet svit med en king size-säng, plattskärms-TV, privat badrum och trädbevuxen utsikt från små däck. De viktigaste levande nivå finns ovanför entréplanet. Denna nivå har ett fullt utrustat kök med mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och staplade tvättmaskin / torktumlare, matplats med plats för fem och vardagsrum med en wrap-around soffa, platt-TV och vedeldad spis. Däcket nås från ett reglage i matsalen och erbjuder trädbevuxen utsikt över Loon Mountain. Det tredje sovrummet har en traditionell uppsättning våningssängar (twin över tvilling) liksom en pyramid uppsättning britsar (twin över hela) och erbjuder en ½ bad utanför dörren.

Perfect location to Loon

Great home, plenty of space for large group and 2 families, warm and cozy!House was better than advertised, pool/hot tub access. Best part is buses run to the mountains every 10-15 mins, no need to driver to the mountain. Shops/stores are only 10 mins away.

Village of Loon condo

Location was fantastic. Right across from Loon mountain and shuttle was running on weekend, which was great (no shuttle during week). Condo was clean and spacious with a great view of Loon Mountain. Interior decor and electronics need some updating. Also, couldn't find any place mats or coasters. Was somewhat disappointed with Village swim club. Indoor hot tub at club was luke warm, with no temp adjustment available.

Needs work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The third dresser drawer in the downstairs master suite and refrigerator door handle have been broken for two years now. Empty soda bottles were left under an upstairs bed. Also, the listed second parking space across the street was too muddy and soft to use the entire week. Trees and brush in backyard totally block the view from the deck.

3 day getaway, great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was just OK. The plusses... there was plenty of beds and towels, mattresses were comfy, AC was available, washer dryer and dishwasher worked fine. But if your party has anyone elderly, be aware there are no grab bars and no walk-in shower, just tubs. My elderly mother is in great shape for her age as far as balance and walking but felt nervous as there were no grab bars in tub area. There also were no railings when you first enter so the fear of falling was there as well. The place could use a lot of TLC inside, it was dark, lightbulbs were out, lamps didn't work properly and there were outdated furniture and rugs. Stairs outside could use some new boards as they are spongy. There are strict parking policies and much to our surprise someone was in our spot when we got there causing some initial confusion and uncomfortableness. We did have to speak to the property manager about that and they were great and helpful. The owner says do this, don't do that or they will charge you especially with the television, but does not leave instructions. The owner could supply some kind of welcome book to tell you how to use washer, dryer or upstairs TV, yet there are strict messages about not unplugging television and appliances. It is not a very welcoming place in those respects. Overall it was comfortable in respect to sleeping and lots of room except in the very small kitchen.

It was nice

When we arrived the the door in the downstairs bedroom was open. Only the screen was shut, and it was not locked.4. Tv did not seem to work, but this did not matter much to us. We might have tried to resolve it if we cared. Instructions for controls might help.

Loon mountain getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off- Susan at the reservation service was wonderful. She answered questions and made recommendations. She was just so very nice and made the process easy.We rented Village of Loon, 19 Big Coolidge Rd #5. It was just my husband and I and our Golden Retriever so it was larger than we needed but we wanted space. We don't ski any longer but still enjoy long walks and relaxing in the area. The condo could use some attention. There were only 2 wine glasses and plastic ones at that, dishwasher was filled with clean dishes (we went out to eat so we only used wine glasses, coffee pot and coffee mugs but I shouldn't have to empty the dish washer), junky coffee mugs, nothing matched- all odds and ends. Bath mats were tired and paper thin and the bathrooms should have been cleaner. For what we paid ( not during ski season) I feel the condo should have been in better shape and nicer amenities like better blankets and pillows, maybe a nice throw for the couch for when sitting in front of the fire, things like that. We still had a wonder time, visited our favorite walks and restaurants and watched the snow come down but I would not rent this unit again but look for another in Village of Loon as we like that location.

I don’t think 2 spots for 10 people is enough. The unit is old and drafty. The owners left notes if you did this you would be charged, if you did this you would be charged. Very unwelcoming. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall more good than bad, but will probably find another unit to rent from.

It was very dark as well. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was no handle on the refrigerator, one of the bedroom door handles was about to fall off. Bathroom rugs were dingy. I was thankful that the towels were decent and sheets were clean (but had what I'm assuming was dog hair on them). It was a great location.

Great location!

Really enjoyed location across street from loon ski lift, just short car ride in between. Teens enjoyed the shared pools and hot tubs. Nice deck area off dining space. Bunk room was spacious for the teens and all their stuff. Kitchen small but action packed and had everything we needed.

Loon condo
