Relax with the whole group, while you bask in the tranquil atmosphere, take advantage of country setting; exploring the creek, as well as the ample yard space for delightful family games or indulge in the sights and sounds of nature on the inviting porch soaking in the spacious hot tub.
Step inside the charming country home and discover well appointed living room, bonus room and open floor plan from the kitchen to the dining area and porch with outside dining. As you relish the breathtaking mountain views, savor a warm cup of coffee or engage in a lively family game. With 2 bedrooms and well appointed bathroom, this beautiful, spacious home ensures a restful stay for all. Rainy days are easily brightened with a selection of family games and DVDs.

No one has access to the home except for myself, cleaners and the owners Steve and Becky. I will be available if needed.
The home is set in a secluded country setting. We are a 10 minute drive from the Athens/Sayre and Towanda areas convenient for shopping or dining out. A few of my favorite restaurants include: Yanuzzis, The Angry Burrito and 1883.
Nearby attractions include: Antler Ridge Winery, Round Top Park, Marie Antoinette Scenic Overlook and the Bradford County State Gamelands #12 for hiking and site seeing. Within the Bradford Falls trail you may find hidden gems like the 3 waterfalls and a bat cave. For more information look at the pabucketlist dot com. Tioga Downs Casino is located about 20 minutes across the border in Nichols, NY.

This is a comfortable, spacious home nestled in the Endless Mountains. Although it has a country setting, it is a quick 10 minute drive to nearby towns of Sayre, Athens and Towanda.
