Privat och avskilt på en grusväg med mycket lite trafik, men ändå lätt att komma åt. Undangömt i en skogsdunge intill en damm med en fantastisk utsikt berg i söderläge. Autentisk timber konstruktion med en äkta trä spis (ved ingår) och välvt tak. Timbers Stugan ligger på 17 hektar med en liten damm för fiske, paddling eller skridskoåkning. Kanot och flytvästar på plats. Badtunna utomhus på däck som kör året runt. Närmaste grannar i öst och väst är vardera ca 1/4 mil bort. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng, och ett öppet loft som kan sova upp till 8 personer (4 enkelsängar och 4 enkel trundles). Färdiga källaren med soffsektion, underhållningssystem och biljardbord.

Beautiful home

Cottage was more beautiful than pictures depicted. Quiet, peaceful surroundings, and beautiful deck to spend the evenings stargazing. Overall, great stay would recommend.

Perfect escape

The cabin is near the top of a mountain and is just a little slice of heaven. It is a great little log cabin with first floor living plus extra space in a loft and in the basement. The house was clean and well stocked. There is a hot tub, grill, fire pit and pond. Lots of field room for walking and we saw rabbits and a flock of wild turkeys. Can't wait to go back.

Just What We Needed...

As described. Amazing hosts. This was a getaway for myself, best friend, my kids, and their friends. Wonderfully relaxing for the elder adults and something to do for all the young people. From pool to fishing to riding local trails and exploring the nearby sleepy towns, there was something for everyone at any given time. Already planning next year!!!

Romantic birthday getaway

It perfect for any couple wanting to spend quality time together its so beautiful and peaceful theres plenty of room if you do have kids they have tons of extra beds and the the entertainment is a smart tv and a pool table if u need to entertain smaller kids i recommend bringing games every thing is about 30 minutes away from property but you can definitely find things to do i definitely recommend cant wait to stay again

Very peaceful time away:)

We loved the very peaceful and quiet time away from everyday life.The hot tub was the highlight and was awesome. It was nice being torward the top of a hill with a less traveled dirt road with just a few farms nearby. Scenery is great with hardly any road traffic noise from the main road. The cabin is very well built and we loved the fireplace. The owner provided lots of firewood, so we had a fire every night. Shopping is all within 20-30 minutes and the Creekside discount store is highly recommended. We got just about everything we needed and the staff was awesome! Checked out Shores Sisters market and a few fleamarkets near Towanda. Vincent's pizza in Towanda was awesome. Get their Detroit deep dish ;).Overall the cabin was great and got to meet Matt when we arrived. We were very great full for his hospitality.

Absolutely gorgeous location. The property was perfect. Everything was clean and well laid out. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. We'll be staying here again!

Hidden Paradise!

Look no further, book here! This was my first time booking through this platform and I am so happy I found this hidden gem. This place is well-stocked, clean, and beautiful! The property itself is gorgeous! The sunrises and sunsets are out of this world! We brought two teenagers and the majority of the time there, they didn't watch tv. We enjoyed the outdoors for majority of our stay, thanks to the great weather we had. The firepit was all set up and ready for us to use. We sat at the fire for about 4 hours just laughing and having a good time. The hot tub was incredible! Love that it lights up and it's so clean! The king size bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable! Between that and the quiet area, I slept great! The Wi-Fi works great. I had to do homework and I had no problems with the connection for the entire stay. We loved seeing all the bunnies on the property! The host was very polite and made us feel truly welcomed. I'm so grateful for the hospitality! We are planning to come back and I already can't wait. Don't hesitate to book here!

Relaxing cozy cabin

This is the perfect place to escape reality for a little while. The cabin was so clean and perfect and created a really relaxing atmosphere. Easy check in and check out. Definitely recommend and will stay again!

Very Comfortable

The cottage is lovely, and the hosts make sure you have all you need to really enjoy the property -- firewood for both the sitting area fireplace and an outside fire pit, a hot tub on the deck...and the views out of every window are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Experience

This property was perfect. Everything was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay so much. It didn't take long to get into NY, so we went up there a few times for food and scenic views. I highly recommend this location for a relaxing getaway. We will be back soon!

Family getaway

This VRBO has a wonderful cabin feel. It was cozy and had comfortable beds. The pool table and hot tub were enjoyable. Beautiful sunsets from the property. Overall, it was a relaxing, comfortable place to retreat with family.

Excellent stay

Our family had a wonderful stay. The cottage had everything we needed and more. The view from the deck is beautiful and very peaceful. Communication with the owner was wonderful. We would definitely lodge here again anytime we will be in the Rome PA area. We highly recommend this cottage to others.

Peaceful and romantic

My husband and I were looking for a quiet weekend away to recover from life’s craziness and connect with each other….. we found exactly that and so much more! The house was even more beautiful in person, the fresh air was rejuvenating & the peacefulness of nature was just what we needed! Amazing Cabin

This is our favorite place to stay in the upper PA area. Very clean cabin with everything you need. Quiet at night and during the day. Close enough to food and entertainment. Nice little pond to fish in and plenty of nature to take in. My wife and kids always have a great time.

Quiet and relaxing getaway!

My husband and I had a great relaxing weekend! The cabin is such a peaceful and bra place to stay. We loved having the pool table and tv down stairs. The hot tub was perfect to jump into after dinner at night then before bed cozy up to a fire in the fireplace! This cabin is close enough to a few state parks also for hiking and seeing waterfalls!
