Pam, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. While we’re glad you enjoyed the view, fireplace, and easy beach access at 260, The Sandy Griffish Show, we’re truly sorry to hear that the cleanliness of the unit fell short during your stay. That’s never the impression we want guests to leave with, especially for a celebration as special as your retirement getaway. We take feedback like this seriously and have already shared your comments with our housekeeping team to address the issues with pet hair, kitchen cleanliness, and the condition of the pull-out bed. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding dishwashing protocol and the laundry room noise—both are thoughtful points we’ll review as we continue to improve the guest experience. Our team is on-site daily and would have been happy to assist during your stay had we been made aware. That said, we understand your frustration and will follow up with you directly regarding the cleaning fee. Thank you again for your detailed feedback, and we hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity in the future.
