Beautiful Modern Home in Demuth Park area of Palm Springs. Open floor plan with modern leather furnishings. TVs in 3 rooms. Big roomy kitchen to cook with friends including newer SS appliances. Large dining area. "Sterns and Foster" mattresses in the bedrooms with deluxe bedding. Everything you need is already there and ready for you to enjoy. New sliding glass doors along the front of the home. Privacy door shades, driveway gate, and ficus privacy hedge. Quiet neighborhood near the largest park in Palm Springs. Joshua Tree National Park, Incredible hiking, and numerous natural wonders are all in or near the Coachella Valley.
Lots of driveway parking and additional on street parking available. Comfortable outdoor seating area. Gated entry with lots of privacy. Very close to Demuth Park and all it has to offer. Pickle ball, tennis, basketball, and nearby golf. Citrus trees (Lemon and lime) in the yard. Smallest bedroom would make a great office.
Please read all terms below. NO subleasing. 1 month minimum stay. 30 days up to a potential 12 month lease for a year round stay. We will consider a small to medium pet on a case by case with a pet fee and pet deposit. Price listed of $135 per night or $4000/ month for a 4-6 month term (Starting June 1, 2025 thru Dec 2025) with utilities included. 1-3 months stay are possible for $150/night or $4500/mo. Rent can be reduced (or potentially higher) depending on low, med, high, or peak season and total length of your stay. Message me for more information or if interested. Snowbird winter rental season for 2025. (Jan 1, 2025-April 30, 2025 4 month minimum) If you book for those 4 months in 2025 its $165/night, $5000/mo. 4 month minimum. Stay a 5th month of May for only an additional $3000. ($4600/ mo average) and add June for only $2000. ($4166/ mo for 6 months) A CA lease and refundable security deposit (or property damage insurance policy purchase) is required for all tenants. If you have any other ideas for a lease term, please reach out and run them by me. Would love to discuss options. I appreciate your interest.
