3114 Poolside Paradise ~ HOT Savings ~ Book Oct 29th ~ Lagoon Pool & More!

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us—we truly appreciate your booking and the time you took to share your experience! We’re so happy to hear that you and your family had a great time and that the kids enjoyed the built-in bunks—those are always a big hit! It means a lot to us knowing your family was able to create lasting memories during your stay. We completely understand your thoughts on the lagoon pool. We would absolutely love for the entire 11,000 sq ft pool to be heated as well—but can you imagine how much that would cost! 😊 While we always strive for a 5-star experience, we’re grateful to hear you still had a wonderful, family-friendly vacation and made many great memories—that’s what it’s all about! We would truly love the opportunity to host you and your family again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the location and that your children had a great time at the pools—it’s always rewarding to hear families making special memories. We do want to sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered upon arrival. While we strive for excellence in every stay, housekeeping oversights can occasionally happen. We were grateful for the opportunity to respond promptly and were pleased to be able to address the concerns within 24 hours of being notified. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding in allowing us to make things right. Our housekeeping team works hard to uphold high standards, and while they are human, we always welcome the chance to improve and ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Your experience is very important to us, and we value the opportunity we had to correct the situation to better reflect the level of care we aim to provide. We take great pride in our home and are committed to maintaining the 5-star experience that so many of our guests have enjoyed. This home holds a special place in our hearts, and it's a joy to share it with others, helping them create lasting memories just as we have. We’re confident that our property offers much more than a 3-star experience and hope that, should you return, you’ll feel the full warmth and quality we strive to deliver. Thank you again for your thoughtful review. We hope to welcome you back to the beach in the future
