Beautiful historic home, great location

We loved our time at this homey, adorable cottage last year, especially loved gathering on the front porch. Great location and short walk to the private beach. Well stocked with beach gear. It was very clean and Angela was super responsive. Went with 3 generations of family and would love to go back someday!

Great time at the beach

Perfect Location

Very pleased with the location. Great outdoor shower and barbecue area. House could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint inside. Overall a decent rental.

Extended family get-away for Cape wedding during COVID

The home is charming and historic. The neighborhood is welcoming and though the stairs to the beach can be daunting, they make you commit to spending a full day on the beach so you don't need to climb them twice! The tide goes out so far it allows for box ball, wiffle ball games and long walks. The fire pit in the backyard is an easy gathering place after a beach day. We were a group 10 adults -- plenty of room for all. We loved the outdoor shower, the access to bikes and beach chairs and the quick walk to the donut and coffee shop. A perfect vacation! Thank you for sharing your home!

A wonderfully relaxing spot!

We absolutely loved our stay at this historic home. It was quiet, peaceful and a fantastic spot to stay near the shore. The home has everything you would need during a family vacation - it was very comfortable and convenient to lots of restaurants as well. Our family truly loved our time here.

Charming, well taken care of. Very private,

Loved this house!! Super cute with a lot of attention to details!! Great yard for kids, and great for big "kids " too. Loved the fire pit at night. Nicely decorated and everything you could possibly need is included. The beach is so beautiful and private, but getting down the stairs with kids and beach stuff is a little challenging,( but also a very good workout!)we had a perfect week👌

True Cape House!

We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend for a wedding at the Dennis Inn. The house was just as described in the listing. Angela was so helpful before and during the rental. The shower was wonderful. We had a few rainy days but the house was warm & cozy. The beach was close but remember to get the code to the gate.

Great beach house!

My family and I stayed here for a week over the summer in August. The house is super original and really unique with a lot of charm! We loved the outdoor living space and the fire pit was great! There was tons of room for barbecuing hanging outside. The AC upstairs was a nice touch, however it did stop working for the last few days of our stay which was a bit uncomfortable for August! The house had everything we needed with a ton of living space and beach access to a private beach!
