Step inside this modern home and discover a welcoming atmosphere, along with all-new furniture and appliances to enhance your stay. The expansive open-concept living area includes a comfortable living space with a TV for entertainment, while the fully-equipped kitchen's stainless steel appliances are sure to please the group chef. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy sitting area, as well as a bunk room that video game fans will adore. Play some video games or gather everyone together and try one of the many provided board games for hours of fun.

Outside, you'll find a patio and balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh coastal air. Fire up the gas grill for a barbecue or simply unwind with a glass of wine as you take in the surroundings. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I liked it a LOT... but there were a few things...

I would give this home FIVE stars except for a few things... The home itself is terrific, it's practically brand new, the finishes and layout are terrific, the location is very convenient. Unfortunately, the dishwasher didn't work. We tried it four times and when we contacted Vacasa, they brought us extra dishwasher detergent. This isn't the fault of the house but Vacasa could have done better. The other thing that was a disappointment was the back yard. The online photos of the listing show a lush green lawn in back, and instead it was filled with dry, two foot tall weeds... These things can be easily fixed and my guess is that they will be soon

Great house! A few things need fixing...

This is a great house! We loved the house overall, it's almost brand new, the location and amenities are terrific, and I would totally give it five stars... except that the dishwasher didn't work and the back yard was full of very tall weeds. We spoke with the Vacasa management about the dishwasher... and they sent over a bag of dishwasher detergent... so we did dishes by hand all week. And the back yard isn't at all like the pictures make it out to be so we didn't play any of the back yard games we had planned. This can all be fixed of course.

Perfect

We loved our time at this house and at Pacific City. This was our first time on the Oregon Coast and we just took a chance on the house and location. The house was immaculately clean and comfortable. It has everything we needed plus some. The bedrooms are huge. The beds were comfortable. The living space was a great place to relax. All good things. We LOVED the vibe of Pacific City. Since it's off of the 101 it was a very chill place to stay. The house was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and the local shops. The town even had their fall festival while we were there. It was better than we hoped. 100 percent would stay here again.

Amazing house!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day. The house is beautiful, very clean, and spacious. The beds were comfortable and our kids loved the bunk beds and gaming area. The location of the house is awesome as well! It’s a very short walk to the beach, market, brewery, a wine bar and more! We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Perfection

This newly-built beautiful and superbly clean home located steps from the beach and sand dunes, made a perfect spot for our large family to experience the coast. I was able to jump on a quick client call easily due to a wifi connection throughout. The home is walkable to a variety of restaurants - coffee/bakery, pizza, Mexican, brewery/grill and even fine dining. The location has many activities including fishing, kayaking, parasailing, shopping and is within a half hour of other great coastal towns with amenities like casino, crabbing, and much more. Our children loved the white sand beaches, exploring the tide pools and the sunset with the sand camp fire was over the moon. We will certainly be booking our next visit to this beach home from Colorado…with a longer stay!

Seas the Day…!

Seas The Day is a true sanctuary! Our stay here was nothing short of magical, thanks to the incredible location just minutes from Pelican Brewery, The Cape and the market. The house itself is a haven of comfort and relaxation, with every conceivable amenity at your fingertips. The fully-equipped kitchen, AC, and vast array of games and toys ensured that we never wanted for anything. The bedrooms are spacious and peaceful, providing the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. The entire property is thoughtfully designed and immaculately maintained, creating a sense of warmth and welcome that is hard to put into words. The kids were enchanted by the bunk bed/game room, and the sand dune climb was an unforgettable experience. The beach offered endless opportunities for exploration and fun, with its many caves and starfish. We appreciated the proximity of the beach, allowing us to easily return to the house for rest and relaxation. This house truly has something for everyone, and we highly recommend it. We would love to return in the future!

One of the best locations and a Perfect Coastal Getaway

I recently stayed at this stunning new coastal house, and it truly exceeded all my expectations! Just a short walk from the beach, the location was perfect, with great restaurants, a brewery, a coffee shop, wine-tasting rooms, and a bakery all nearby. The house itself was modern and welcoming, with new furniture and appliances enhancing the stay. The open-concept living area, fully-equipped kitchen, cozy upstairs sitting area, and fun bunk room made it ideal for both relaxation and entertainment. Outside, the patio and balcony offered delightful spots to unwind, and the gas grill was perfect for barbecues. We loved catching sunsets at the beach and capturing memories with the photo media wall. The central AC was nice to have since it was hot outside and we drove our Tesla so it was great to have the 240v outlet next to the driveway to charge. This house provided the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and prime location. I can't wait to return and highly recommend it for a memorable beach vacation!
