Ocean Village Club J14 ligger på bottenvåningen, så du går bara inuti - inga trappor, inga släpvagnar! Dra bara upp och kom in. Vårt ljusa och lummiga vardagsrum välkomnar dig med ett friskt luft från takfläkten, en extremt bekväm soffa och en TV. Ett brett fönster på en vägg och glasdörrarna på en annan ger dig möjlighet att översvämma området med solljus.

För familjeunderhållning, krypa runt vår TV och DVD-spelare. Eller, om kort och brädspel är mer din stil, inbjuder vårt soffbord dig att bryta ut Parcheesi. Ett mysigt runda bord med två höga järnstolar är det perfekta stället att ställa in den bärbara datorn och säga hej till dina vänner hemma; Vi har gratis trådlös för din bekvämlighet!

Håll dig delaktig i åtgärden även när du lagar dagens dagens f��ngst eller blandar frostiga fruktdrycker i köket. Fullt utrustade och fullständigt rena, det erbjuder ett stort kylskåp, spis och diskbänk, plus en diskmaskin och alla lämpliga apparater du kan önska, från en mikrovågsugn till en ismaskin. Befälhavaren badrummet är bekvämt badrum, som erbjuder både ett badkar och dusch. Det finns ett andra badrum för barnen eller ett annat par, vilket gör det enkelt att sprida alla dina saker och göra dig hemma. Det innehåller också tvättmöjligheter (en staplad tvättmaskin och torktumlare - mycket praktiskt!).

Det andra sovrummet innehåller två enkelsängar. Det finns också en bekväm drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Great place conveniently located just outside of saint Augustine

The property was very good and had all the services. The property was very modern and next to beach. There was also swimming pools scattered around the complex. Good parking. Vrbo service was very easy and there was somebody available to help or answer question.

Never stay here again

Worst beds we have ever slept on, ants everywhere, other tenants were rude and ran us off the tennis courts. Not all the rules were given up front so we broke them of course. No dogs passed this point sign was before our condo door. People kept telling us we couldn’t go that way. Horrible place for a family who wants to have a good time. Not worth the money for all the trouble.

the location was good, its really Crescent Beach. I would up date the box springs and mattresses, they are really dirty and stained. A bit restless after seeing them cause the sheets came off... Dated but adequate.

Condo is fine but the community is crazy strict don’t rent if you have kids

Getting in the community was difficult no one said to use the key card for access and codes at the gate don’t work. And you cannot reach anyone to help you. Very frustrating. The Beds are VERY hard so if you have back issues, I don’t recommend this condo. We had family with us and they ONLY give 2 passes for parking, color codes assigned parking, ridiculous. Don’t rent at this condo community if you want to have fun or have kids. The staff at the pool was over the top ridiculous, strict and would yell at every little thing. They pace back and forth all day watching you. Having a yeti at the pool or god for bid near the pool no, having fun at the pool, no. Playing a game at the pool no. Don’t you dare have a good time at this community because they will find you and make it stop. I rent all the time in St Augustine beach and we are going to buy a condo, but I won’t at this community. The condo it self is fine but the management is super strict and have a lot of rules, they love rules. We LEFT a day early because it was so stressful and creepy quite frankly! I don’t even know why they let people rent condos on VBRO with such poor management and experiences at Ocean Village. I don’t recommend staying here and I feel badly writing this review, but renter beware.

Great family value

We enjoyed our weeklong= stay here. Spent ample time at the beach and could see the pool from our patio. Great location and a fantastic city to spend time with the family.

Good stay!

We had a good stay. The location in town was great...close to most things. I did not like that the condo is on a public access beach that has beach driving. That was a negative for me as I don’t prefer beach driving with small kids. Also, because it was a public access beach it was very crowded.

Great location

Property was as described. A little outdated but clean which reflects in the price. Located right next to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Grocery stores are close. Was perfect for our family of five. Would defiantly come back if we get the chance.

Clean but old

I loved that the condo was right beside one of the pools. It was clean but very out dated. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. We stayed for seven nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Luckily we brought some. We will stay there again, but at a condo much closer to the beach and other pool.

St. Augustine condo

1. The condo was clean and as described online. 2. Picking up the key and gate opener was not satisfactory because there was nobody to talk to to help me get oriented to the area or the property. Usually I've met the owner or manager and have been given a booklet full of information on the property and area. 3. Opening the gate to the complex was beyond frustrating. There were no instructions and absolutely nobody to help when both gate cards would not open the gate. There is a keypad to call for help. The volume on the speaker was so soft, it was impossible to follow what was said. Nobody answered my call for help. Finally, the person waiting behind me for 10 minutes, opened the gate. I had to go back to meet my friend when she arrived as her card didn't work. Again, another person had to open it for us. We couldn't go our that night since we had no way to re-enter. In the morning, we found the on site office and had new cards made which we learned later that they didn't work. Frustrating! We tried to have them replaced, the manager had left early. I finally called the VRBO number for help. They contacted a local agent who was proficient and brought us key cards to another unit for the rest of our stay. This all caused us stress and time. It is not an acceptable system. 4. Since no map of the property was given, I had to search for our condo and just how to find the right way to the beach etc. 5. I slept on one of the twins. It sure could use a nice cushioned mattress pad or an upgraded mattress. 6. The swimming pool was very nice and near the condo. The grounds are well kept and nicely landscaped. 7. The beach was well worth the hike. Basically, I don't think any condos have a view of it. 8. I would go back if I knew the gate and communication problems were improved.

Some pluses, some minuses

My review is mixed but overall this unit was acceptable in several ways: 1) plenty of towels and hot water, 2) a well equipped kitchen, 3) good location with the complex w/good proximity to the heated pool, tennis courts and clubhouse and access to the ocean and, 4) the ground floor location welcome for access & egress, 5) parking free and close, 6) the price was fair for the value. Disappointing was the uncomfortable beds and furniture, two windows lost their vacuum so was cloudy, could not see out, dated baths and kitchen, minor inconvenience with living room drapes and the kitchen light worked only sporadically but the most annoying aspect was inability to view the TV as the picture was always too dark. A technician from management adjusted it somewhat but, combined with only 720 pixels, a regular turn off. With super hi-def TV at home, the difference is remarkable & disappointing. If the TV dilemma was moderated, I would CONSIDER renting this unit again. The complex itself was great, the programs and the clubhouse itself was welcoming and we've agreed to rent for two months in 2019 but a different unit that has a modern kitchen, baths and furnishings. It's on the 2nd floor but has an elevator.

Great location but unit needs maintenance

Property needs way overdue maintenance. The blind in the living room - 1/2 the vanes were missing. Basically owner has not maintained property all all. TV in main living area has half size picture. Kitchen plates mix matched. And the bedding must be 20 yrs old. Good location but owner needs to reinvest in his property.

Everything was great except the below

The sliding shades slats on the main sliding doors kept breaking off leaving no privacy. A guy did come by to replace them, but said they were all so bad he replaced them all... so that got fixed. What didn't get fixed was battling sugar ants the whole stay. We had to keep everything in the refrigerator. There's an ant nest under the slading doors and we noticed them in every room.

Family Vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at Ocean Village Club. The condo was clean and met our needs. We enjoyed being able to cook several of our meals there and not have to worry with going out. The pool was very close and just a short walk to the pool. The beds were harder than we preferred but other than that we had a great time.

July vacation.

Over all our experience was wonderful. The condo complex was well maintained, pool area very nice and we loved the beach. The unit we rented could use some updating on basic things. Like the blinds on the patio door and the windows in the master bedroom and living room. The smoke alarm shorted out from a water leaking from somewhere.

A Good Place to relax.

I was very satisfied With everthing , there was a Toilette Problem it was taken care Off fast. Also a phone Problem wich was taken care Off right away. I Hope to come back again to j 14. thank you , it is snowing here in Sellersville, Pa I Wish i World be in fla. Right now.

More than we expected

My family wanted a nice relaxing stay at the beach. We got exactly what we asked for. The facilities were very nice and extremely quiet. I liked the fact the pool was right outside our patio doors and the beach was only a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and will definately stay again on our next trip.
